My car had a bad scratch on the passenger side door. I came across this body shop as it was close to my work. I got there and spoke to Kevin who was very professional and told me that it would take approx. 1.5 weeks to get it done. I was able to retrieve my car in a week!!!! When I picked up my car, Kevin told me that he noticed a bad odor emitting from the AC. He said he changed my air filter free of charge. Kevin's customer service is over the top and I would definitely come back to get any future work done on my car with him. I highly recommend this body shop. You will not be disappointed.

EV Central provided me with an exceptional experience from start to finish. Kevin was welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding me through the repair process with clarity. The customer service I received at EV Central was above and beyond. I came in to EV Central when my Tesla started making loud squeaking noises.

I was able to get an appt the next week to take it in for a diagnosis.

The diagnosis was free and I met Kevin who drove around the block and on the highway to listen to the problem. He explained what he thought the issue might be and how these things happen.

Then they took a closer look at the suspension system, determined what the problem was and sent me photos of the torn components. Kevin followed up with a call where he told me what was wrong and what their recommendations were.

I found out that this part was in a Tesla recall so Tesla would fix the issue for the cost of parts but I was extremely appreciative of the customer service and thoroughness of my experience at EV Central. I intend to come back for future services.

I usually get my Toyota Rav4 Prime serviced at the dealer, but when I brought my car in last, Toyota had quoted me over $7k for routine service (ridiculous!). I did some research to see if there were other shops around my area and saw that EV Central had amazing reviews.
I ended up giving them a call and spoke with Kevin. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to quote me a much more reasonable price and pretty much gave me a game plan of what work needed to be done. He made it easy to trust him and his team with my car. They were able to work around my busy work schedule which was a huge plus. The turnaround time was quick and the team was responsive when I had any questions. They returned my car in great condition - happy to say I won't be going back to Toyota for service! Thanks again Kevin and EV Central team! My car looks and drives as good as new :)

The EV Central team provided me with amazing service when my bumper was destroyed in an accident. As it was my first accident, Kevin really took his time explaining the process, what repairs I will need and what I can expect when working with insurance. He answered all my questions with care and diligence - I felt like I was well taken care of. He really listened to my concerns and was able to tailor any solutions to my problems.

The rest of the team was also extremely friendly and detailed. I received my fixed car seamlessly and stress-free and my car looked brand new. They did an amazing job with my bumper and I couldn't be happier.

When I got into an accident after the shop was closed, I called Kevin. Kevin picked up the phone during after hours and got me a tow truck faster than my insurance company. Kevin had the vehicle towed to the shop and I was later reimbursed for the tow through my insurance company. The whole back and forth with the other party's insurance was handled by EV Central. There were multiple supplemental invoices, but it was handled perfectly EV Central. Once the repairs were done it looked like the accident never happened. They handled all adaptive cruise radars and other electronics perfectly too! 10/10 will visit again
