Exact Plumbing

We wanted to give a big thanks to Zach from Exact Plumbing. We had a leak in a pipe under the house and he was able to repair it quickly and at a reasonable price. It was a messy and undesirable situation but Zach didn't hesitate to get totally wet and muddy and do the job that most others would have passed on. I definitely recommend his services.

Zack was great! I had some plumbing issues he came and checked on. One was there was a very loud banging inside the bathroom wall when the shower was turned on. I envisioned cutting into walls to find the problem. But Zack had a hunch that it was the cartridge in the on/off valve (I didn't even know there was a cartridge in there!). He replaced it and the banging is gone! He also helped me find a backup battery for our sump pump to keep it running when electricity goes out. He is very knowledgeable and I would trust him with any plumbing problems I have in the future. He was worth every penny I paid.

Zach is the best! We have had him out to our house several times for a number of different things, and he is always responsive, professional, efficient, and kind! He does great work and is honest. We recommend him so highly and will continue to call him for all our needs!

I asked for a backup sump pump to be installed. Zack was helpful trouble shooting the options with me over the phone. He was excellent in person and did the work properly. When the back up sump pump I purchased wasn't working well due to no fault of my own, he helped me trouble shoot again on a weekend phone call. Later that week he came back replaced some parts and made a work around for my smaller pump with out charging me for the extra work. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Service was awesom! Zack called back immediately and was able to provide emergency service really fast. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and very nice to work with. I highly recommend him for small or large jobs. We will certainly use him in the future when we do bigger replumbing work.

Zach is very professional, reasonably priced and a great plumber. I trust all of my plumbing needs to him - fixing a faucet, replacing a garbage disposal unit, replacing a rusted outdoor faucet, installing plumbing for a washer, installing piping for irrigation heads. I'll also be relying him for my tankless water heater install this year.

Excellent, energetic plumbers! They listen well, are very responsive, professional and thorough. They take the time to explain what they can do and what your options are. Reasonable rates and they use quality materials. When they don't specialize in something related to the project (e.g. electrical or radiant heat) they have good contacts and can arrange for them to come out.

We worked with Jordan. He installed a new kitchen faucet, a thermal expansion tank and an on demand hot water heater. The finished job was clean and precise. They anticipated and took care of the little details I hadn't thought of like matching the caps on the sink holes and replacing worn out seals in the drain that would eventually cause problems. They worked quickly and efficiently, but always took time to discuss things when questions came up.

Very satisfied, highly recommended.
