Excalibur Water Heaters

Anthony was very responsive during the quoting process, patiently answering all of the questions from me and my HOA. They replaced two tank water heaters in two different apartments with new tankless water heaters on the same day, and accommodated us with a solution to a tricky exhaust pipe situation.

The installation crew was polite, informative, and dedicated to making sure hot water service was restored the same day. Not only does their work appear visually neat, but they also cleaned up the work area very well.

Some time is needed to fully evaluate the install and equipment, but as of now, I'm very happy with the work.

Very fast response. Didn't have to wait long for the appt. The person that came was very professional and was quick. He made sure everything was working before he left. What else can you ask for.

My water heater's pressure release valve was dripping and Paul appeared 10 minutes after calling Excalibur (he was in the neighborhood and offered to take a look at it). After assessing the situation, he luckily had a replacement valve in his truck and swapped it right out. Drip fixed! Price was in line with what I'd expect for a plumbing service call in SF. Speedy, polite, efficient five star service!
