This guy saved my day. Somebody broke my rear window on my commercial van, I called my insurance and Exel Autoglass - master came same day (in 2 hours after filing a claim) and installed the new window. Other then that he found OEM window from local warehouse.

A rock hit my windshield on the freeway. The next day, I called Suad and he was able to evaluate the damage that morning, after telling him I was going on a road trip later that afternoon. He was honest and upfront noting it would be difficult to fix but he said he would try his best. 30 minutes later, he fixed my windshield better than expected and I could barely see a point of impact. Suad is an expert at his craft and it shows. Above all, he was authentic and cared about delivering premier service with your safety in mind. He is patient, offers great insight and advice too! I had a chip in my car's windshield. Safelite tried to repair it, and made it worse - it expanded into a very long crack.

Looked around for a more reputable auto glass store - found all the great reviews for Exel Autoglass and contacted them. Suad was very friendly, professional, took care of all the things with my insurance and did a perfect job with replacing the windshield on my Genesis. Super glad that I found Exel, and I would definitely recommend them!

Awesome quality of work done on my Mazda. I thought Suad, who I believe is the owner, was quick to communicate through the Yelp app, friendly, and exceptional quality of work done to replace my windshield.

I bought the car used, and I thought that it had its windshield replaced before I bought it --there were visible glue lines under the glass and it looked less professionally attached than I would expect from a manufacturer. Suad's report after it was complete was that it appeared to him that the windshield had been replaced but not installed well/correctly. Looking at his handiwork, it looks so much cleaner and original of an install, it is remarkable that there are no glue lines visible. Wonderful work, great experience, and I would absolutely return to have him work on my car again.

They did an excellent job replacing the windshield of my Taycan. I reached out on a Saturday, got a quote for an OEM replacement on Monday morning, and they were able to get the job done on Tuesday, including calibrating all ADAS cameras and head-up display! Dropped off the car Monday evening and they made sure to park the car inside overnight. Thank you for a job well done!

Suad and his team are true pros! I love it when I go to a shop and they have good communication and positive attitude. When I arrived with my Porsche Cayman GT4 he walked me into his clean and organized shop and showed me the windshield I would be getting. Explained the process and included notes about how he will use the right tools that some shops don't use. He even covers your seat and wheel when moving the vehicle, which is important to me.

Scheduling was easy and on time.
I dropped off the car and took a 10 min walk to Starbucks for a couple hours. Then it was done!

I was recommended to Exel by a friend, I've had my previous windshields replaced with safelite before with a decent experience but I've read some scary reviews on safelite's yelp page especially for Tesals so I really didn't want to risk it for my Tesla. The folks at Exel did a great job making everything easy and straightforward.
