I've been having silverfish problems at my home for a few months, and decided to use a professional service.
I had an initial chat with Todd, and signed up for 3 visits.
Todd said he would do 3 visits over 5 months, and he would do a free follow up should I continue having pest problems soon after his initial visit.

He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. He explained how he will treat my home, walked me through how to prevent the further spread of silverfish, and did a thorough job.

After his visit, I started seeing silverfish getting caught in traps he left behind. We also started seeing silverfish in places we didn't see before as well. We called and they offered a free follow up service.

This time Nick came out, and also provided the same high quality of service that Todd did.

We are still seeing silverfish getting caught and also dead silverfish more frequently. Looks like pesticides / traps they left behind are working :)

We recently found out one of our 3 cats is allergic to fleas. It was a wake up call because we weren't seeing any fleas around the house or on the cats. By the time all this took place our home was infested - gross!!! We called Exotek and they saved us just in time as we were starting to see fleas.

Exotek responded quickly and Todd is super knowledgeable. He explained the treatment and you get 2 treatments 30 days apart to ensure there are no leftovers. He even guarantees the treatment up to 30 days after the last treatment!

We are VERY happy with the service and I'd do it over again with Exotek if needed but hopefully that's not the case. This all happened in late January early February this year and so no more fleas!!! Thank you Todd and team!

We are very happy with Exotek's treatment of our ant problem for a house in San Francisco. Todd was very helpful from the first moments we talked, giving various ways we can stem the problem even before the inspection.
We were able to set up an appointment quickly, and the treatment was performed as described.
We have multiple cats in our household, and took them out of the house before it was treated for a few hours. When we came back, they didn't sense anything that bothered them, and the ants appeared to have disappeared.

Exotek Pest Defense is a great example of a company who stands by their words! Imagine my dilemma when on a Sunday evening while relaxing in the living room I happen to see a rodent scurrying around my kitchen floor. Not only was I shocked since we keep a very clean house but 4 days away from leaving for vacation! Well I looked online and saw the usual companies like Clark, Terminix etc.. But I happen to stumble upon Exotek and their great reviews so why not? From the initial conversation with Todd to booking the evaluation appointment these guys went above and beyond! Todd arrived that Monday to do the evaluation and found the source asap. Within 2 days the job was done and thoroughly done! Todd found other possible entry points located within the exterior of the house and interior as well. The service we received was top notch and in addition to it all, Todd is very knowledgeable and gave us tips and advice regarding keeping pests out. The quality of work and the great service we received along with affordable rates I was very glad to have chosen Exotek. It's been a month since the incident and rodents are gone. We signed up for a 4 week maintenance plan and each week they would stop by to inspect and check/replace traps, zero rodents!! Thanks to the great team that Exotek has, including Nadine and Jorge! Todd and Nick were fantastic. I was experiencing a smell somewhere in the back of my house and thought an animal might have died in the crawlspace.
I called Exotek and they were able to schedule someone in just 2 days. Nick showed up, put on his mask and goggles and crawled around under my house with his flashlight until he found the culprit: a huge dead rat with flies around it! Ew.
He also helped me plug up a vent that he thought the rats could have gotten in through.
They will be my go-to from now on for any pest-related issues. So glad I found this business!

We had been dealing with an ant problem for the past couple of months and - finally - had exhausted all possible options in the "home remedy" department.

Todd has been nothing short of sheer expertise and professionalism. Not only is he super responsive, but he is also very knowledgeable. He makes it easy to understand what's being done and exactly why it's happening. He also kindly answered any questions I had to throw at him.

After the initial treatment, I'd say it was a 99.99% success. The ants were down DRASTICALLY. Unfortunately (for us), we live in a multi-unit complex (you know, shared walls and all that). So, we had him come back for a quick re-treat. This wasn't a surprise since he already explained this might happen if you're only getting 1 unit out of 20+ units in the whole building treated.

And you know what the greatest part is?

Since the re-treat, we've nabbed the remaining .01% to achieve 100% success (at least for our unit)!

For the quality and guarantees of the service, the price is extremely fair and a great value. And, while I would not necessarily wish an ant issue on anyone, I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Todd & Exotek for pest issues!
