Best Customer Services EVER! I needed a very specific vehicle for a VIP so I called up this office and Chris took care of me from the booking to returning the rental. Chris, a very knowledgeable, professional and courteous individual made a distinguished experience that I am tremendously appreciative of. I highly recommend this branch for making it happen! A million thanks to the folks at this Exotic car rental agency!!!

It seems there have been some discrepancies in the service received from Gabby at this location. When I dropped off the car on the third day, I noticed that I was charged for four days. Not only did Gabby charge me for a fourth day, despite the car being parked on their premises with the keys in their possession, but she also attempted to justify this by citing "policy," which is concerning given the circumstances. It's disheartening to encounter such a practice, especially when it seems unethical and deceptive. Charging for a service not rendered goes against fair business practices and erodes trust between a company and its customers. This kind of behavior is not conducive to maintaining positive customer relationships.

Additionally, on another occasion after renting a Porsche, I encountered a significant safety issue with the alignment. The car's alignment was so off that it was pulling me off the road, posing a serious safety risk. It's worrying that such a critical safety factor was overlooked when the car was leased to me.

Furthermore, on both reservations, the fuel level was not at full capacity as expected. The tank should hold 556 miles, but on my last two reservations, I received the car with a tank that only provided around 500 miles. When I raised the issue with Gabby, she mentioned something about fuel efficiency, which, from my understanding, doesn't directly impact the actual volume of the tank. It's concerning that someone in her position, dealing with cars on a daily basis, may not have sufficient knowledge in this area.

Something doesn't seem right about this place! I filled out a form to rent a car and waited several days for a reply. The reply finally came as a text message, they wanted several pieces of personal information, which was highly suspect. There was no introduction nothing, I blocked the number immediately.
Be very wary with this bunch!

2 hours till closing on a saturday... called 3 times to rent an exotic... no one picks up.... dissapointing considering im about to drop 2-3k on a car for a few days. Beware.


Edit: they tell me to email them... because if i call them they know they wont pick up. Horrible

Amazing customer service! Above and beyond. Chris Donlon helped me out and he did an excellent job communicating all the necessary information and making me feel at home.

This was my first time at this location and I can't say enough about how great they were. I rented a van, and they were able to get me to best one available. Would recommend.

My boyfriend and I were looking for something special to take us out to Napa for the weekend. From the moment we walked in, the branch manager Chris gave us the most AMAZING customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the fleet, and his enthusiasm was through the roof. We gave him the almost impossible task of getting us the perfect car- and he followed through. He got us into a Jag SVR, and we spent an incredible weekend in Napa. We've done business with several Enterprise Exotics locations, and Chris was by far our favorite. I come visit SF for work about every 6 weeks, and will definitely be coming back to see him- his professionalism and service can't be matched. Chris, thank you!!!

Came here to rent a Maserati Granturismo for my wedding weekend. I have to say working with Chris was one of the most seamless interactions in terms of customer service that I have ever had. They genuinely actually make sure you have a good experience. I'd recommend this place to anybody!

This place is *Amazzzing*!!! Yes, they have great, super high-end cars but then... so do others. What makes Exotic stand out is the consistent '5 Star Service'. I've dealt with Chris (mostly) & Jessica (the Mgr), on a variety of occassions over the years. They are great! I love them! I say Chris & Jessica really shine, as well as the entire staff, when I have last minute requests, changes or worries. They are cherry, responsive and return my phone calls (yes, I can be a pest!), typically within just a few minutes.

My definition of luxury is not the 'things' themselves (anyone can offer that), but the attention to detail that the staff gives to the entire experience - from booking to return. I've worked in high-end sales and customer service myself, and I'm a task master and stricter critic than most because I know how a business is supposed to be run. So, *Congrats to Exotic* for earning my rarely given 5 Star Review.

This is only the second or third '5 Star Review' that I've done in probably 10 years! I have rented several times over the years, so I can say they're consistently.... *Awesommme* :)

The staff is even better than the cars. I've been pining to drive a Tesla and Chris and Jess at this location went above and beyond to help make this dream come true! I called in and they were able to quote me on the spot, told me the availability and they even tossed in an awesome weekly rate! My girlfriend was ecstatic and the professionalism shown was great. I'd highly recommend giving them a try especially if you want to work with super nice people and drive super nice cars!

First... The branch manager Chris Donlon at this enterprise exotic Cars location in SFO was responsive, accommodating and exceptionally professional. After a 4 day business trip to SFO my wife and I wanted a convertible to drive to Napa for our vacation. We called 3 major car rental places; Hertz were I have status and National and Enterprise. Hertz was bad customer service rep but had they car I wanted, National was horrible customer service and after wasting time with them at the end they didn't even have a convertible available... then there was Chris and Enterprise.
We left a message and he called back promptly and was great is his pre-qualification questions.
Bottom line while Hertz had a similar car and lower price by ~$70, I went with Enterprise because of Chris and he attentiveness.

What an awesome experience. I was going to NAPA for an anniversary weekend with my girlfriend and decided to rent a really cool car for the trip. Enterprise Exotic had the best prices (and the best selection) of the few other companies that do this. I ended up renting a BMW 7 Series and it was AMAZING!! Chris was super helpful and the whole process of reserving, picking up and dropping off the car was easy. These guys were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be renting from them again. Maybe next time a Maserati. HA!
