I really can't express my gratitude for Christian and his honesty. I'm blown away.

Do not waste your time with other repair shops like I did. I spent $1300 at another independent shop for them to give me a quote of $11,000+ for repairs and making me feel horrible and like my car would fall apart if I didn't repair it with them.

I went to Christian for a second opinion and he told me I needed none of it, fixed one of my AC issues, and charged me for an oil change.... That's it!

In addition, for the repairs he wasn't able to help with, he gave me recommendations to shops that could help. I went from being scared of going bankrupt over $11,000+ for repairs, to spending way less thanks to Christian and his help.

I wish I could pay him more for his services as you don't come across this type of service everyday, he's earned a customer for life.

Had a recall service at the VW dealership. They said we also needed front brake pads & rotors post haste. Price quoted was pretty steep. We decided to give our business to Christian and his crew. Great, fast service and a much better price. All of our auto service jobs go here. Stick with what works. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience! They are so fast and courteous--something we're losing in this day and age. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. They performed a brake job on my car and got it completed when they said they would at the price they quoted me. Would definitely recommend!

There are not enough good things I can say about Christian and his team at Expert Auto Care.
I called right before a holiday weekday/weekend [July 4], and he was able to fit my van in when I had an emissions system warning came on the night before. Christian fit me in between his other clients on an extremely busy day to get my van checked out so I could go on my trip and help ease my mind about the error on my van.
I have been in the Bay Area for 3 years and am so glad to have found my go-to mechanic from now on. I have been to many others around the area, and Christian has had the best customer service. His shop is extremely clean, and you can tell he takes pride in his business.
He can do oil changes on all vehicles, so no job too big or too small, it seems for them!

I highly recommend Expert Auto Care for any and all repairs and maintenance. He has the skilled labor and the heart that a great business needs.

Ok, folks first of all I'm a car guy and have own over 25 vehicles since, let say 1986. This was the first time I felt like, Wow people do care and still provide outstanding customer service!

First of all Christian, the owner and operator of Expert Auto Care is a very professional and up beat! This is something not seen today on the face of business, usually it's just some lonely employee that just hates their job, wants to get paid and just get out of the place at the end of the day!

I saw the difference as soon as I walked in. Friendly smile, prompt greeting and fast check in and best of all he did it with a no cost inspection and diagnostic! Wow, novel!

Zero yes zero, every where else I called was from $139 to $220 just to look! This made me pick them. I gave Expert an opportunity to help me fix my issue that I've been dealing with for months, being stressed out if I'm going to be travelling long distance and get stuck out on the open road at night.
Head light are a major safety issue !

I couldn't figure it out, I change both bulbs and cleaned connectors, but no dice on left light. I'm so glad they figured it out and fixed my long standing electrical issue in a snap!

I was so please with the service I treated the shop for lunch, yes the whole crew! Hope you all enjoyed it! Thank you once again and I'll be bringing my other vehicles for service, even though we live 25 miles away. I have a shop that's less than a mile away that I've been using for years and they are now out! Customer service and attention to detail is very important these days!

I am so glad I found this place! They are so professional and very prompt with their service. I finally decided to stop going to a dealership for service after being disappointed and I am so glad I came here. Christian is very knowledgeable and doesn't sell you service you don't need. I needed to have all of the brakes replaced on my Range Rover Sport and his price was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with the outstanding service!

I first went to see Christian at Expert Auto Care a few months ago because my coworker recommended him (she took her car to him when he was at MPG auto). I wanted a second opinion on a couple of items including whether I needed a new hybrid battery or not and some upholstery damage that mysteriously appeared. Christian kindly explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and gave me recommendations for services he couldn't provide. He's very knowledgeable about hybrid cars and was very efficient about replacing my battery. The price for parts and labor were on par with my research.

Now, it's a few months later, and I needed a smog check for the DMV and an oil change. He gave me a referral for the smog check and completed the oil change in 30 minutes!

I've made an appointment via phone and through the website--both are easy to do. After requesting an appointment through the website, Christian personally emailed me a confirmation.

A good mechanic is hard to find, and I'm always happy to support a local business. Plus, this one contributes to great causes like the Make a Wish Foundation, and Christian is an active member of the community.

My car was having trouble starting and I wanted to get it looked at before I was stuck on the side of the road. Christian was so helpful! Checked out the car, gave solid advice, and helped make the repair happen. He's honest, direct and fair. He'll listen to your concerns and let you know what has to be done and what is optional. Christian and his team are absolute ROCK STARS! I had heard great things about Christian so was willing to drive from Santa Cruz to Mountain View in search of an "honest mechanic". I provided Christian a list of 7 things that needed to be done to my truck - most notably, the AC wasn't working. Christian could have easily informed me that my entire AC needed to be replaced and I would have taken him at his word. Instead, it turned out to be a minor issue that his team resolved for a few hundred dollars (parts & labor). There were a couple of items on the list that I provided that were more cosmetic, and Christian referred me to another local shop that specializes in that type of work. Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic and needless to say, the 45-mile drive to Expert Auto Care was well worth it!
