Express Auto Glass

Something hit our windshield and it immediately cracked. Pressed for time with end of summer activities, I called and William and arranged to have it replaced at my wife's work. When he showed up, it was the wrong windshield (my fault, not his, I didn't give him the correct specs). He was able to get the right windshield a couple of days later and this time came to my house. William and Anna worked quickly and had it installed in less than an hour.

I've had several windshields replaced over the years and William's price was extremely reasonable and even though it wasn't factory glass, the replacement was flawless.

I will use him from now on. Great customer service, great product, great installation, and great prices.

Horrible! DON'T Work with this guy. ASSHOLE!
He tried to fix my windshield. He failed to seal it properly, so air is coming through. Then he tried again and failed again. Then he is ditching me and not answering the phone or text.

Absolutely amazing work! He's my go to every time. I've had two vehicles and unfortunately I've had to replace the windshield for each one. Each time he's done a fantastic job!

Wow. Super fast, professional and friendly. Great job. No gummy black tar mess like the cheap places. Looks fantastic like fresh off the factory assembly line as if my car and windshield were brand new. Price was more than fair, reasonable and honest. I don't have money to burn but they were so reasonable I even gave him a cash tip. You won't be disappointed. And almost forgot to mention that they were out making service calls when I first telephoned and so I left a message with some trepidation, wondering how many hours would pass or days my message would linger on a machine before I heard from someone. I heard back within 15 minutes. Now it might take them a little longer than that, but they are on their messages and responsive, you will not be neglected. They value their customers and provide excellent customer service.

This was the most horrible experience ever. Not only did he damage my car, when he drop the windshield dent the a-frame on my car and mirror. He than had to run to The Valley to get a new glass leaving me carless for 4 hours. When he returned he either brought the wrong windshield or didn't wanna take the time to put it in right, now my windshield is not sealed and water leaks in. I asked him to fix his damaged he created, he wanted to do touch ups on it cuz he said my car was already a scratched, but not as deep and ugly as the damage he did. Thai guy say he knows what he's doing but I wouldn't trust him. Use him at your own risk. He will damage your vehicle and do shitty half ass work and try to leave you with the results. I asked him to take care of it the right way. I wanted to exchange his insurance from his company he refused. I would hate to see anyone's vehicle get damaged because of this guys incompetence. I will be seeing him in court. Wish I could upload the pics of the damage and his crappy craftsmanship.
