Good communication, timely arrival, and the crew crushed the job!! Fully loaded 26' Penske box truck was unloaded in 1 hr 50 minutes with all items in their designated areas in the house. About 1/3 of the load needed to go upstairs, and the crew hauled everything. They were engaged, well mannered and provided top notch service!!
I couldn't be more thrilled with the overall experience!
Value was excellent and these guys earned a nice tip!

Was a last minute booking and James came through for us and accommodated our last minute booking. The 3 men team that was sent to help us was just too good to watch!
These 3 men are Legends!! I wish I remembered their names.
They really understood our needs and performed beyond our expectations.
I will definitely use their service again and recommend their service to anyone.

I had the great pleasure of utilizing Extra Care's service for a move from a storage unit in Sac to a residence in Roseville. jay and Shariff were professional and courteous the whole time. They were very efficient and thorough while moving our precious household goods.
I highly recommend this company.
Also they came out with James later in the week for a large PODS unload and Again they didn't disappoint me. Also i had a second large PODS to be unloaded and Shariff, Mike and Ray were stupendous and professional and courteous.
Communication with James, Scott and Katrina was superb. They walked me thru the process of getting their services on the dates and times I needed.

I hired the ECM in June when I'd found out suddenly I had to move after 31 years at the same place! Needles to say I checked reviews and sent out a Yelp request for movers. ECM wrote and after a talk with the owner, I hired them for the next month. July 10th came along and a great crew of 3 strong, young, professional men showed up. From the moment that Jay introduced himself and explained more about the service, they were on the project (wrapping things I'd forgotten, disassembling furniture, asking good questions about how things were to be handled, etc.). Jovial and careful with my things, after about 8 hours, all my things were moved and I was happy they were able to do it even on THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR! We settled up the bill and I was able to pay by Apple Pay. I was so glad I had hired them (the cost was totally worth it and a good value for the money, especially as it saved my old back and having to get friends to help as it was on a week day), so that it actually came in at a price I had planned on. Jay and the crew were a great bunch to move and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Extra Care Movers!

Larry came out and assessed my move, adjust led the quote and sent three men and two trucks to move my belongings. Overall his price was very competitive and the guys worked their butts off! Great value for the money.

From my first contact with Dan, to the extraordinary service from our moving team-Mike and Brent, the move went perfectly! Make and Brent were very friendly and accommodating. Extra Care Movers made moving so easy! In what would have taken my husband and I literal DAYS to do, the team of 3 movers got it done in ~ 5 hrs. Jayvion, Brandon, and Taylor were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They were upfront about what was out of their wheelhouse, no plumbing or electrical work, which was fine with us. They arrived when they said they would and did an amazing job at disassembling and wrapping our furniture! Once they got to the new house, they made sure to ask where each box and piece of furniture was going. Then reassembled our beds, desks, and dressers! There was no damage done to either of the houses. 5 stars all around

James and Chris did a really fantastic job helping us move to our new home. We reached out to Extra Care Movers via Yelp and they responded to our request promptly. James and Chris ensured that our heavy and expensive furniture was carefully blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped to avoid any damages from moving. They helped us dis-assemble our bedroom set and re-assemble our furniture in our new home. They pay very close attention to detail and made sure our furniture was well arranged. We greatly appreciated Extra Care Movers and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving!!

I have moved many times, but this last move was by far the easiest! I contacted extra care movers and was amazed with the great customer service. James and he was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He's was very helpful with scheduling and all my moving needs. The moving crew arrived on time and ready to work! They moved everything carefully and took special care of my larger/more breakable items!
