Extra Space Storage

I can't say enough about the ease of obtaining a storage unit at this beautiful location. Riley provided us with A+ customer service from start to finish. The facility is impeccably clean, including the restroom. The rates are reasonable for the storage size needed as well as the price options for insurance. And the building security at every access point definitely sets this company apart from its competitors. Might I add that we certainly enjoyed the view when we decided to load-in our items for safekeeping. Thank you Riley for being informative, kind, and helpful. Hopefully I am adding to the list of customers who see you as an asset and great representative of the company. Btw, the showcase of the unit had us sold upon sight, size, and cost. Thank you again!!

I'm angry enough to give them no stars but the local store staff was so helpful (+1) and the facility is brand new, clean and well lit (+1).

I'm deducting 3 stars for sleazy corporate actions. I rented a partially obstructed space for $138/month, and 3 months later they raised the rent to $212 (+35% rate increase) with no notice in any form. If I didn't check my statement I wouldn't even know it had happened. I specifically declined their Move in Special that cost $170/month with a free first month, in order to secure the normal (lower) rate for an ongoing rental.

Response from the corporate is that the contract allows them to raise the rate, which is true, but a 35% increase after a short rental is just sleazy. I'm moving out asap and you should avoid this place.

We have had our RV there for about six months. Got broken into and then again less than 2 weeks later. No cameras to view footage so it's just damages and lost items. I cannot believe I am PAYING for a secure spot that is regularly broken Into. Their response? Yea....sorry.

Me & My Husband were very pleased with Front Desk Services. Ms. Monica, was very helpful on helping us decide wish unit was best for us. she was very acknowledgeable with every question I asked. Process was fast and easy. Quality is excellent and The place is so nice, clean. I recommended100%

Tara was extremely helpful today in helping me find the right size space to store my bicycle and other items. I had to transfer from a space I'd rented online and Tara made the paperwork part easy and quick. She and other staff I've encountered here have been patient, professional and customer-oriented. The facility is almost brand new, with plenty of light and great security features.

What a scam! They get you in under a lowish monthly rate and then after a couple of months, they regularly increase the fees. Not worth it and I can't trust this company. I should have trusted the negative reviews from the start. I hope you will.

I'm sad to have to give a negative review. Unfortunately, the policies here are not transparent. I rented a small locker for less than $90 per month. This amount was already high for a small locker. In less than a year, prices increased twice without notice. $125 for a small locker??! Um, no! I will go elsewhere. Please avoid this greedy place!

This location is very clean, safe, high tech and quiet. I've used Extra Space at multiple locations for various work and personal business and I've always had great help from the staff. If I ever need storage again in the near future I'll come back to this one despite living a little closer to a few other storage locations.

Setting up the account was easy and the place is super clean and secure. I love how I can just go whenever I please during their hours and access my things without someone there. Great system!

Customer service is absolutely amazing , prices are reasonable, and they should call it Easy Space Storage .. Very easy to follow the directions and get your items stored.
