Have to give another shout out to this man. So he already came through my spot and did a great job, that's my last review.

This review is on behalf of my mother. When he was finishing up at my house, I told him my mom has a project she needs help with. No questions, he said let's go check it out.

This was no small project...

She had a leak in her attic that caused the ceiling to bubble. He was able to identify the leak but it was out of his scope of work. Gotta respect a person who won't just try something and potentially make a huge mess.

We got a plumber and they came and fixed the leak. So we called Mike to let him know we are ready for him.

My man is so awesome, he hugs my mom, plays with my dog and gets to work. I cannot thank him enough, for reals he feels like a part of the family now. He rebuilt her bathroom ceiling as if nothing ever happened. You can tell he loves what he does by the results of his work.

I requested a quote through Yelp on a Saturday. Michael responded promptly and answered several questions all through the weekend. He was able to fit us into the schedule by Wednesday and arrived exactly on time.

He and his son did great work repairing our bathroom exhaust fan and recaulking our shower. Very fair price for both services and we will definitely keep his contact information on hand for other projects that pop up. Thanks again!

We are thoroughly Satisfied with our work, and are having him come back to do more! He was quick efficient and had all of the services that we requested without a problem. Definitely worth the money, and I found it valuable. We had him adjust our garage cabinets so that the refrigerator we were putting in the garage would fit.

I am so grateful to Mike for helping us with setting up some sun shades in our backyard. We already had the sun shades and we already had steel posts to attach them to, but we didn't know if we had the right hardware or how to make the sun shades we'd purchased work in our back yard. After doing an initial free consultation so that he could understand what our needs were, Mike arrived with some options for hardware that we could choose from. He also suggested a few different configurations and allowed us to pick which best fit what we had in mind. He then attached the sun shades for us in a way that would be easy for us to take down and put back up in the future. Mike's $150 fee was completely reasonable for the thought and effort he expended to help us customize our backyard shade sails. I also feel like I've made a valuable contact for any future odd jobs/projects that pop up around our home. Thank you, Mike!

Mike helped me with a few projects in 2017-2018 and did excellent work. I moved a handful of times since then but recently found myself back in West Sacramento. My 71-year-old house needed a lot of work so I was glad to see Mike was still working in the area and up for the task.

Since moving to my new spot, Mike has installed a new mailbox, new in-wall medicine cabinet, mounted my flat screen, ran cables through walls, and patched several holes in the drywall (turns out electricians leave a lot of holes in your house). If there's something he can't do, he points me in the right direction. Even better, if there's something I can do myself, he'll walk me through it.
