Ez Parkfly

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! Their shuttle is NOT available 24/7. The service here is HORRIBLE and the people I've interacted with were very rude. If you do go here, I advice you call as soon as you land so you don't have to wait outside for a long period of time. Otherwise, I would recommend you park at or closer to the airport.

This was my first time using EZ ParkFly. The place i normally use was fully booked July 4th weekend. I was a little nervous from reading the reviews but my experience as very good.

They checked us in quickly and a shuttle immediately took us and two other parties to the airport. No hassles.

Upon returning, I called them for airport pickup and they arrived within 10 minutes. My car was ready and waiting for me.

I'd use them again. Though I will prolly use my normal place first because they have a rewards program.

These people are thieves. I attempted to cancel my reservation a week in advance and they haven't refunded my money. No one responds as promised on their website. The website that they direct people to cancel their reservations does not even work. The phone number provided is simply a voice mailbox.

Crooks!!!

These guys took my brand new truck for a spin under a toll booth while I was gone on vacation, proven by Fastrak, AND they have yet to call me back after multiple tries and days of patience, AND they have two phone numbers under two business names (EZ Park Fly is who charged my card but there is Joy Park Fly too) on two addresses in San Jose (1610 & 1740 N. 4th St. San Jose), but the same voicemail, Samuel Haas the name given for management on voicemail, and as said- no call back for weeks. Not that two addresses means that it is fishy, but I can only hope these guys eat shit one day.

Purchased a self park ticket online and was very upset the lot was full on arrival and only valet was available for an up charge. Kind of had a fit because I didn't want to leave my keys with people I don't know, but Daniel took charge and provided great customer service to ease my meltdown. He let me park in the in-door parking and let me keep my key. The attendants did a nice job at easing my concerns and irritation. I feel happy knowing my car is safe for 4 days.

They double charged when I made my reservation and were completely unresponsive when I tried to get them to reverse the charge - I would advise to use another parking company

They scammed me for $9 more. I checked in on Saturday at 4:30 AM and checked out at 6:00 PM Wednesday. They use the AM PM time
difference to try to fool you. Thursday morning would be the complete 5 days I paid for. I could not get my keys unless I paid him even after I proved it showing him the receipt. Just before this happened, I asked the shuttle guy about the keys for my car and he laughed and told me to pay the guy in the booth. People should be arrested.

DO NOT PARK HERE! We picked up our car and the trunk had been bashed in. The attendant filed an internal report and stated they have video showing our car entering the lot. He claimed that once they reviewed the video they would reimburse us for the damage. It's a scam. They won't respond to me or our insurance company. 9 days later a "manager" stated that they had proof that the damage was there before we parked, but he refuses to give this "proof" to us or our insurance company. We have now filed a police report.

These guys are thieves. Stole my pair of rayban glasses that I left in my car. I parked 6/2-6/5 and the guy who moved my car or attended stole from my car.
Theives and I hope karma gets them.
In addition to that looong wait times for shuttles. On our way back we waited 35 minutes for shittles

So glad I found Ez Parkfly. Great service, friendly customer service and fast shuttle service to and from the airport. Both gentlemen I dealt with called me by name and were very friendly and helpful, being that this was my first time using their service. Great daily rate too!
