They called back within a reasonable time frame whenever I left messages, showed up when they said they would for both the estimate and the work, cleaned out the yard and did exactly what we'd talked about for the price I was given at the estimate. Our tiny yard hadn't been cleaned out in over 20 years. Now it is no longer a fire hazard and ready for patio pavers. When you consider the amount of spiders and raccoon poop in that weed pit, the price was well worth it!

The workers were easy to deal with and respectful when it came to blocking the neighbor's garage access.

I have hired this company to service our property (which includes an ADU unit). Their work is spectacular. Clean, efficient & on time. I have used them for the past two months and have referred them to multiple friends and neighbors. People stop at my house and admire how tight the landscaping is. Highly recommend this company!!

I have been working with Felix and his right crew for a few years. I recommend his services for:

Ongoing maintenance, New plantings, Installations and repairs and Sourcing of new plants through his access to Pacific Nurseries (wholesale). The team can build planters, install pathways etc.

Felix has an easygoing manner, is reasonably priced and shows up as planned. Happy planting!

Solid work. I've had them come out twice in the past year to clean up the back yard and a little plot in front of my house. They're prompt, thorough, and really polite. And one time they found a package that Amazon had tossed in a bush that went missing for months. Lol.

I'll definitely continue to use them in the future.

Felix came back to clean our yard tree second time during November of last year. He spent the whole day cleaning our back yard and as the day went by, he wasn't able to finish our front yard. So he promised he would come back and finish the job. Unfortunately, Mother Nature started to pour a lot of rain. He texted me once to notify me that the plants were too wet to do any trimming, and I trusted him to come back. Spring time came around, our front yard is still not completed, and we wanted another clean up. So I called Felix again to follow up, first couple times we were having trouble scheduling a date due to multiple factors (work and rain). I tried calling back several time to schedule, but zero call returned.

I thought I got a trusted gardener, but at the end, another disappointment...

Above and beyond! We hired Felix to cut back several overgrown bushes and remove a tall spindly tree. Not only did he and his friendly workers cut and haul away everything, they removed a lot of ivy, cleaned up the yard, raked and swept everything, even my garage floor. I was very happy with their work, and would highly recommend them.

Felix is an ANGEL!! Seriously, you couldn't ask for a sweeter, more genuine and polite, friendly, hard-working wonderful landscaper. F&E leveled our uneven yard. They added mulch and lattice to our fence (and rebuilt part of the fence). They cleared everything out and completely transformed our garden. They pay incredible attention to detail and go above and beyond on the work they do. I can't say enough nice things about Felix and his crew. They're wonderful and I feel so grateful to them for all of the beautiful work that they have done for us!!!!

Felix has been taking care of my back yard maintenance needs for many years. He is prompt, responsible and his work is always top quality. He is busy and in high demand, so there are times I need to schedule 10 days in advance but that is a testament to Felix and his work.

I wish I could post before and after pictures. Our yard was an overgrown, flea infested, poopy foxtail farm. Felix promptly returned my call, came the following day and gave me a reasonable estimate. We hired him and are very glad we did. His work was thorough, tidy, efficient, and affordable. He removed all the overgrown blackberry, foxtails, poop, dead trees and all. His helpers were polite and friendly. On his second visit he tilled the ground, added 5 yards of new nursery grade soil, and evened it all out nicely. We are so happy with his work. We are now ready to plant our veggies and wild flowers, lay down a path...the possibilities are endless!

Felix is a cool soft-spoken guy who knows his stuff. He's a hard worker, willing to go the extra mile. If you call and he doesn't return your call, he is obviously too busy. Move on. If he does fit you in, you're lucky.

I found out about Felix and his crew because my neighbor hired him to clean out his back yard, which due to our recent rain spell was over grown with weeds. I was so impressed with their work I hired them to clean up my backyard as well. Not only do they weed it all, they take it away as well. Felix was punctual, super nice, and did a wonderful job. Now I can actually see my back yard, which before was reminiscent of a beautiful Irish hillside, all beautiful and green but not practical now that its nice enough to hang out outside. Their price was super reasonable for backbreaking work and we gave them a nice tip for dealing with our doggie do-do. I will definitely use them again when
the yard gets out of hand and recommend them 100%!

I contacted Felix at F&E for an estimate on a relatively simple landscaping project, based on the great yelp reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with F&E was not ideal or what I expected given their 4 star yelp status.

2 star rating based on the following:
1 star for promptly returning my call.
1 star for arriving on time and as scheduled for an estimate.

Would love to give additional stars, but Felix is apparently so busy that he cannot find the time to actually provide an estimate via email as promised, or simply respond to two email requests to decline the project.

I'm thrilled that Felix and F&E Yard Services have so much business that they can afford to be unresponsive to possible new clients.
