We've been meaning to take our 3.5 year old son here for a while, and we finally made an official visit here yesterday for the Memorial Day holiday. I called in advance to make sure it was in fact open, and that there were no birthday parties going on so the place wasn't overcrowded for my overly sensory stimulated toddler. Told it was open and that there was no party happening; so we found parking close by and came inside.
We didn't sign a waiver of any sort, but just signed in our name and how many children and adults upon entry. $22 per child with a free adult entry and an extra $5 for my husband to enter. There is a clock on the desk to be mindful of when your 2 hours are up, which was helpful; we entered around 11:30AM or so and this place opens at 10AM. We put our sneakers in the cubbies and entered.
The space was perfect for our son. There was a sand pit, ball pit, trampoline, obstacle course, and tons of body work he could use that was very similar to him doing occupational therapy; we were very happy. He was so calm and didn't really pay too much attention to the other kids because there was so much to do and explore! Disney tunes played on the speakers overhead, and he was happy in his own little corner digging, scrapping, scooping, dumping in that sand pit. He was super happy and that first hour flew by!
My only complaint about this place is that there is zero supervision provided by the staff. There were kids present that were 6 years older and up that were clearly fighting, and the parents had to scream to break them up. The staff don't have on any visible uniforms, so I only knew who worked there by a woman picked up spilled pellets from the sand pit with a broom and bucket. The staff didn't intervene in the rough housing and left it to the parents to sort out. There's rules posted on the wall, but I didn't observe any re-enforcement. Be mindful of where your own kid is, and I would strongly suggest coming earlier.
We would definitely come back again because our son clearly had a wonderful time and that's what matters.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Anastasia J.Staten Island, NY1178652Nov 24, 2023
What an amazing experience here!
My child is one year old and boy does she have energy. It was clean; very safe to walk on; they do have snacks and juice for purchase for the kids. As well as ice cream. They do birthday parties here as well! Cubicles for children to put their jackets and shoes. The workers clean behind the kids if there are messes or anything going on during the day. It's $20 for adults children are free. (Well that's for one child) I highly recommendHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 19, 2023
$20 for 2 hours for your kids to play with all the things you can't fit in your own home. And you don't have to clean up the mess. I think it's worth it. Kids had a good time and the location is convenient. Not huge but good enough for a short outing.

Never would I come to a place like this cause I don't have kids but my friend has a 4 year old so we took her here. They charge $20 per kid plus one adult and $5 for each additional adult.
They have a ball pit, "sand" pit, trampoline, climbing wall, shopping play area.....everything fun for kids. My friend's daughter was premature and this caused her to have sensory issues. She's also on the spectrum. This place was a great choice for her. She loved playing in the "sand". I add quotes cause the sand is actually seeds. It doesn't stick to you and is very easy to clean. Good for her sensory issues.
We didn't order anything but they do sell snacks, ice cream and some drinks. And if you don't want anything from there, there's a Dunkin right across the street.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - 217729412Feb 18, 2023
Great place to hang out for 2 hours. I like to come on weekday mornings w my toddler. It's quiet but still has a few other toddlers. It's a great deal for $20 especially when it's cold out.
There are a lot of different centers for the kids- huge ball pit, slides, tunnels, "sand" box, ride on vehicles, trampoline, pretend play, wall climbing. They also have tables for parents to work if your child is older. Things are tidy and pretty clean but some toys are broken which doesn't hinder the experience.
Mornings can be cold in there until the heat warms the big place up so be aware.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Crystal S.Midtown West, New York, NY02Jan 30, 2024
Horrible experience!
I am a local mother who was looking for alternative play areas for my one-year-old daughter and walk past here all the time. I decided to walk in with my baby girl when we were walking ( I was wearing her in my baby bjorn) to see if it suited her age group and how she reacted to it. An employee abruptly approached me and rudely asked, "What are you doing?" and "What are you looking for?" I was taken off guard and told her I was showing my daughter the place and seeing if this would be a good place for her to play. She continued to ask me, "What are you doing? Did she want to play here or what?" I said, "Actually, not anymore. This place is obviously horrible, and we are leaving now." This is unfortunate, but I'm happy I can put my curiosity to rest about this place; it's awful.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - Verenisse E.Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY01Apr 29, 2024
It's a great place for toddlers and kids but they need to clean more. They gather the toys with the same broom they sweep the floor and then knowing toddlers tend to put things in their mouths .

I was excited to take my toddler to this place but I am very disappointed. This place is extremely dirty, nasty, I am surprised they are even allowed to be open. The other thing (that isn't really the place's fault but ruining the experience) is that basically all the kids were sick. They were constantly coughing plus runny nose, parents didn't even care to wipe it. I just hope my 16month old will not get sick. She had a good time other than that but we couldn't even stay for the 2hrs that I paid for because of this circumstances.

Would give this 3.5 stars. I brought my son here on President's Day back in February and had two more friends join us. Being that it was a holiday (day off from school), maybe it was a bit more packed than usual. I'm not sure if they are strict with the age restriction here (as other open play places we've been to are) but there were definitely much older kids (8-10 year olds?) running around the play space and jumping on the trampoline, which was concerning for me, having a small toddler wandering around in the same area. Several times I had to hold onto him as older kids came racing by. The play space needs some TLC. Corners of the slide and ball pit area are torn and worn out. Definitely did not feel as clean and well kept as other play places we've been to. There wasn't much space to hang up our jackets but there are several small cubbies for kids' shoes and small belongings.
You do not have to sign up in advance for open play. You sign a waiver and sign in for your 2 hour time slot when you come in and pay. There are some snacks available for purchase and a seating area up front as well.
In terms of play, there are several activities for young kids. There is a slide and ball pit area, a sandbox area with construction toys, and a pretend play area (e.g., toy kitchen). There are some cars for kids to ride on but there really isn't much space to actually ride them.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
