      Are there rvs for lease? We are interested in a 10 month lease.

      A:

      We do long term rentals with a two month minimum. We also work with a few different banks for financing as well if you are interested in purchasing.

      Since purchasing my Class A RV almost a year ago, I was lucky enough to find storage for it at Family RV in Morgan Hill. What was a hidden bonus was the convenience of on site RV repair. During this time, I have had the pleasure of meeting most -- if not all -- of the staff here. Their business name is so appropriate! I have felt like family to this business as they have taken exceptional care of our very first RV. Whether it's storage, service, rentals, or purchasing, I am sure you will find Family RV a pleasure to work with.

      April assisted our family of four with exceptional customer service. Also Our daughter left her phone in the RV during return, and was found by April :) Thank you Family RV!

      Yes, we paid for damage that was not our fault. And the owner is accusing me of being dishonest. Of all the times we have had poor service etc, this is the only business that I have ever decided to yelp. We were excellent repeating customers. So buyer/renter beware of the liability of renting even a new RV from this place. For a 17-day rental we paid $4700, $1200 in extra mileage, $1100 for damage that was our fault, and we paid $3500 for damage that was in no way our fault. So I write this review so people can be aware of how much it can cost to rent an RV with a defective awning that is truly not meant to drive 4,000 miles. We paid extra for those miles and the awning should not have just fallen off from the backside.

      They were very nice and informative here we unfortunately didn't get anything, but it was a great thing that we stopped because we got a lot of information and we have a new RV want. lol lol

      Rented trailer this past weekend at Laguna Seca raceway our 4th time. Had to ask a few questions but the Employees were so nice and did such a great job setting up. We will use them again for sure.

      My wife and I and a couple friends rented one of their RV's this past weekend, and we had a great overall experience. The RV was clean, everything worked, and it drove well. I'm giving 5 stars because of the above, and because of way they handled a few small issues that came up before we picked up and after we returned the RV.

      1. Their website allowed us to book a Sunday return, but two days after booking online we were notified that they are closed Sundays specifically for rental returns. I explained that we are unable to return on Monday which is why we booked a Sunday return on their website. They understood and agreed to let us return on Sunday within a specific window of time.

      2. We received a call the day after we returned the RV that the remote for one of the TV's was missing. This was a mystery to us because we didn't touch or use the TV's the whole weekend. After calmly explaining our side of the story they agreed to waive the fee for the missing remote. Great!

      I'm a big believer in the idea that as long as you treat people like you want to be treated, you will get positive results 9/10 times, and that's exactly what happened here. Despite this not being an absolute "perfect" experience we will definitely be renting from Family RV for our next adventure.

      We bought a Lance travel trailer from a company that was recently purchased by a large RV company, so we need to find a Lance Dealer that could service our vehicle under warranty (One Year). When I called Family RV they said they didn't have any availability to help us. I asked, if they had any availability down the road and they said no.. So what that tells me is that they don't want to do any warranty work even though they are a Lance Dealer.
      They lost any potential business that we might give them down the road.
      Horrible customer service.. Run away!!!

      Excellent experience with Family RV! Everyone we worked with was super awesome and helpful. We rented the Thor Four Winds 23U. It was perfect for our group of 3 adults 1 child! Rv was in great condition and everything ran really smooth. We will definitely be using this company again for our next adventure! Thank you!

      I wish I could give you 10 stars! Family RV Service Department went above and beyond to fix our RV that was damaged during the first storm to hit the Morgan Hill area. Shane, Donna, and Team, we cannot say thank you enough for helping us navigate the nightmare process with our insurance. The entire staff at Family RV is hands down the best at customer service!

      BE CAREFUL! My husband and I rented a Class A RV for the weekend. The rental procedure was very nice at the beginning they sent us a50 minute video explaining the use of the car. We took very good care for the RV throughout the whole weekend We were charged 1600 dollars for the weekend With a 3500 Deposit. When we returned the car this morning they inspected the RV and found a small punch dot on the awning blaming us that we were the first ones to ever use the RV. They didn't release the deposit saying they need to get an estimate for fixing the damage (see attached photos for "damage") we didn't make any unresonable use of the RV. As I mentioned we took very good care of it and returned it spotless. This is something that could of happened from a birds beak. After trying to understand from them why the deposit is not being released we spoke with Dave on the phone he had a very bad attitude with us and it is the worst customer service I ever recieved. We were planning to rent with them a couple of times this year since we were really pleased with the RV itself. As speaking to Dave on the phone he sent me an invoice of 600$!!!! For the repair of this "Damage". Honestly this is taking advantage of a very good customer and looking for reasons to charge more money. Feels like a scam after we took very good care of the RV while being on the road.
      The answer I received from his is that we signed when taking the RV that there is no damage to the RV. I asked him if he was expecting me to open the awning and sea with a magnifier for a small dot. then he HUNG UP THE CALL IN MY FACE.
      I am truly so disappointed from the treatment I received at this place. Be careful renting from them and thinking you can trust them to be reasonable and respecting.
