LOVED this store! We were visiting Victoria for the holiday weekend, and I just randomly stumbled upon this shop when we came to Chinatown for breakfast at one of the cafes- and when I peaked inside this store I was like YASSSS this is exactly my kind of shop!! So many cute items for kids and beautiful home wares- and wow the JellyCat selection! Everyone was polite and helpful and efficient. Highly recommend! And the Lit candles smell amazing!

Unfriendly staff, was made to feel unwelcome, followed around as if they thought I was a thief. I have plenty of money, but won't be spending a dime here and I vote you don't either.

I love this store, and always shop here every visit to Victoria.

It's in a stunning space on Fisgard Street- Victoria's Chinatown~ with two large sections divided by a wood walkway ~ with something to suit everyone.
Bath&Body includes Thymes and Tokyo Milk, they stock candles, cards, stationery, home fashions, kitchen linen, jewellery, so many things - and so wickedly stylish.
I love their larger than average stock of Thymes Frasier Fir ~ and always stock up on this hard to find soap and fragrance oil.
Staff is very polite and leisurely browsing in here is both encouraged, and heavenly.
Situated right around the corner from Fan Tan Alley ~ I always start my shopping adventure in this store.
I really wish they had other stores in the Lower Mainland!

Absolutely gorgeous displays and saw them randomly on instagram so decided to stop by. Within minutes I found the perfect housewarming gift for my mom and spoke with the friendliest staff. Would absolutely go again.
