Service has declined over the past few years as prices have increased dramatically. Their price increases have outpaced the market. It's a shame as I had a pretty good experience over the years.

Best dry cleaners in Walnut Creek! The owner was closing the shop and she chose to service my need of a quick iron. Very selfless and polite! I highly recommend bringing your clothes here for prompt top tier service!

Anna is a skilled seamstress. She took an expensive outerwear jacket by J Linden whose zipper had completely failed after only a few wearings and replaced it with a much better quality zipper. It was a tricky job and now the jacket is perfect!!

Atrocious customer service. I understand that dry cleaners aren't magicians and have limitations in what they can offer. However customer service is where companies can shine and this business is disrespectful, unethical, and not worth your money.

My dad brought in a dress for me for a rush cleaning. Given that the dress was creme colored, I understood that not every stain would come out. However, when we picked it up it, they didn't make a dent. It looked identical to when it was dropped off and my dad said that given this, he didn't want to pay an express cleaning fee. Usually when you drop off dry cleaning, cleaners will give you an honest assessment of what they can and cannot produce, and this didn't happen in this instance.

He reasonably asked if he could pay the regular cleaning fee and the cleaner basically said no, and that should would hold the dress hostage until laid. She started yelling at him and calling my mom (whose number was on file) demanding payment.

Horrible experience, and would never recommend this place.

I have used Fashion Cleaners for years and have yet to be disappointed with their dry cleaning, shirt laundering and pressing, mending, and alteration services. Fashion Cleaners' dry cleaning process always leaves the garments spelling clean and fresh, with no chemical dry cleaning solution smell that is imparted by some dry cleaners.

They take great care with handling of your garments and other items. I wear a lot of cashmere clothing, cashmere gloves, and also have cashmere blankets, all dry cleaned by Fashion Cleaners. Always come out perfectly cleaned and never any piling or damage. They even successfully cleaned my made-in-France bed spread after my dog vomited on it, came back as good as new.

The staff is always very pleasant and remembers me (or my husband) when we drop of our laundry. Highly recommend this cleaners.

They did a good job on our down bedding and clothes but even with our 20% off coupon, it was $72 for the down comforter & $62 for a simple king lightweight spread from Target.

I wouldn't say I'm a dry cleaning aficionado, but there are certain things that make me happy (or not so happy) about a dry cleaners.

1. Reasonable prices - check
2. Gets my stains out - check
3. Ready on time - check

And, the reason for the five stars - when I went to pick up my husband's shirts, she noticed that one wasn't pressed to her liking so she took it out of the wrap, re-pressed it, and then re-wrapped it and handed it to me with the rest.

It's a little thing, but they obviously care about quality and for that I'm grateful!

finding another place. Not worth it. When you confront them they are unapologetic and oblivious. Didn't even refund me. Would be wise to stay away. If I could do 0 stars I would. They don't value the customer at all.
