I have a tenant that has destroyed the cooktop and Fast and Easy explained that the repairs were going to be more ...due to how filthy and greasy the tenants have been with the stovetop.... we decided to buy a new and in less than two month they broke 3 knobs ... We called Fast and Easy again and Lisa was so kind as always and professional to set and appointment asap to come over my home sending me one of her best Technician. It was a breeze setting up the appointment and we had Aziz on site the very next day despite being the weekend.
They diagnosed the issue very well for the leaking freezer compartment of our Whirlpool refrigerator.
There was no way I could have rolled out the refrigerator, dissembled each rack and panel, cleaned everything and put everything back within an hour!
They left our place very clean and were super respectful.
I would highly recommend for any appliance repairs!

We have a 17 year old Maytag washer that was leaking water from the front gasket.
Making an appointment was easy, they texted me promptly and asked pertinent questions (model number,etc). They sent out a technician to determine if any other repairs were needed and the charge for that visit was deducted from the final cost. Waited 2 days for the part to come in, new appointment made, the tech/owner came early and installed the new gasket with no problems.
The cost was very reasonable in my opinion.
I've been very pleased with the service & will use them again.

All communication was handled through text and email making scheduling and invoicing incredibly easy. Aziz was extremely knowledgable and was able to quickly diagnose, order the part, and then come back once he received the part to repair our Samsung washer. The next time we have issues with any of our appliances, we will be contacting Fast and Easy to get us all fixed up.

Great service and extremely responsive. We thought we had an issue, turned out to be nothing, but they responded immediately even during off business hours.

Austin was terrific. He came twice (the second to install a part). He repaired my clothes washer and my refrigerator. He was prompt, respectful, neat, thorough and clearly really knew what he was doing. He analyzed a problem that I previously had someone else try to fix, and he solved that problem. In the process, he discovered another occult problem, and he fixed that. Excellent work and super professional in every way.

Don't call him if you are a tenant! He also does not have an office, but works out of an apartment. Against google maps rules, and has no signage outside. The service tech, a, made a false statement in an invoice at the behest of the property manager, ignoring that the cooktop had a broken valve, that would not turn, and that the stiff and broken valve caused the cheap plastic knobs to break, He then libeled us in an invoice that we damaged the cheap plastic valves at the unlicensed property manager's behest, due to I quote: "Misuse caused the knobs to break."

In less than two month, one burner wouldn't stop clicking. Call warranty service. Had to wait more than a week. Technician diagnosed and orders replacement parts. Waiting for more than two weeks for parts and technician to show up. Apparently, this is not the parts that solved the problem. Now I'm waiting for other parts and technician to come again. All this time I have to use the lighter to start the fire. I used Bosch cooktop for 15 years and replaced it only because wanted US MADE and fresh look. What a disappointment!!!!

Leaks gas when not turned on. Had Centerpoint come out and confirm that it is the cooktop. GE advised they could do nothing beyond the 1 yr warranty. For your family safety please don't purchase.

I have a GE Cooktop now...but never again. I have spent MORE on replacing the cheap, thin plastic knobs than I orginally spent on the STOVETOP itself. This is no joke!!! If you buy GE...make sure you get a bag full of plastic replacement knob. YOU WILL NEED THEM!

Communication was easy and Aziz was able to come out quickly. They had to order a part to fix my dishwasher and once they had it the repair took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

I was freaking out because our tenant reported the fridge was broken (stopped making things cold). They came out that very day, and diagnosed the problem. They told me what part was broken, and said they'd order the part and get it in and fixed in 3-5 days. Next day however, i was able to track down the part at a local store, called them back and told them where to get it, they went out right away, got the part, and then installed it and fixed the fridge! A+ service!
