Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs - Concord

First time going to a watch repair shop and needed to get my battery changed ASAP. The cashier wasn't very enthusiastic and didn't really write down details about my watch on the "ticket". She just gave me a blank paper with the corresponding number on it.

Less than 10 minutes later, the battery was changed for a pricey $19.95. Good thing is that if you keep your receipt, you have a 6 month warranty. Service is eh, but they did the job quick and easy so that was convenient.

I brought my old, broken Nixon watch to this repair shop at the mall. Alan, the technician, was very helpful and honest. He warned me that Nixon watches are not of very high quality and that he might not be able to repair it. He gave me an estimated repair time of one hour, so we walked around the mall while we waited.

When we returned, Alan informed us that he had tried to fix the watch but couldn't get it to work. He suggested sending it to Nixon for repair. I then asked if he had any automatic watches available, and he showed me a few options.

I decided on a Seiko, as I've heard great things about these watches. Although it was pricey, Alan gave me a 25% discount. He also took extra time to explain how to use it, since it's my first automatic watch.

Alan is a good guy and overall I was really happy with the service I received.

Allen did it again. This time my wife came in to get a new watchband. he was helpful and fitted her and as always was courteous and helpful. Thank you Allen

Been buying from them for years. Purchased a ring around Christmas time. Small stones fell out in 2-3 months. Big stone fell out after 6 months. They worked with us to fix less than a week it fell out again. I hate writing a bad review for a business I've supported for 10+ years.

I will say this, the watches and other services are great. I hope it was just a bad experience and not how they do business.

Lastly I didn't contact after second time as my wife was unwilling to keep paying to fix a lemon. We have since moved out of the area and found a custom maker to design a new ring.

The crew is great please shop with them I truly appreciate all they have done over the years.

Went to have some rings plated they quoted me $50.00 each with a text message. Then I get a call saying it's going to be $150.00 each ring to get them plated after they had my rings for 3 weeks. This place is supposed to be fast fix
Instead they should be called slow crooks. Not only that the Plating lasted 2 days for $150.00 each
If you quote a price stick to it don't screw people
What a bunch of jerks. Their service sucks

I just brought my watch and it seemed to have the clasp to be tighten.

They charged me $80 to band a clasp and I could not take my watch back beforehand because they did "complete " the job so fast.

Bottom line is the work ethic completely missing in that business.

They charged $80 for 10 seconds of work .

Stay away from this shop.

You are merely guessing when I know for a fact what happened. I saw with my own eyes the band that y'all sold me. So Sears did not replace the band. They gave me back the exact band back to me that I bought. So I don't know what time of scheme y'all running here. But it's become really upsetting how you're handling this whole situation

Went back yesterday to see the district manager and she was even more useless. Told me different information from the previous guy. First she told me she didn't believe that band was even sold from their business when it was obvious I purchased it there. Then also proceeded to tell me it was missing a piece that never came with in the first place. She was against me on all aspects and even when she called the owner she proceeded to tell them everything in her power not to get the green light for the return. It was only a $38 purchase but at that point it became about principles. Like she was undermining my character. Really poor customer service and they seem so fraudulent here. Selling me product they don't even carry and poor quality. I will never come back to this establishment again and will spread the word across to my family and friends. I usually like supporting local small businesses but establishments like this one make it difficult. I never have an issue with Amazon as far as returns go and making sure I'm getting what I'm paying for

I left my watch to change the broken glass and my watch never worked again. the guy who does the repair didn't take responsibility and was still totally rude.

Been coming here for years getting my necklaces/chains repaired every time they do a amazing job and priced right would definitely recommend them

Stopped by to get my gold chain repaired before a trip , the gentleman charged me $45 and I thought it was a great deal so w/ out hesitation I agreed , he assured me that the repair wouldn't be noticeable at all & that he will simply melt the link and re connect with real good. It was slightly noticeable but given that I was heading out that same night I decided to just pay the guy and get going. 4 days later this discoloration appeared.

Very fast service, completed the repair with high quality work, and at a reasonable price. Hard to beat!
