First off Jason he is very knowledgeable about the car and have the information you need. But the preson who was working on my car did not connect the air intake hole. I was shocked when I took the hood off when I was cleaning it and i was driving it half the day like that. Called Jason about it and was told they forgot to connect it... and that it no offer discount or nothing.

I have been going to FLE for last two years and have been satisfied with the result. The team is very professional and easy to work with

Jason was really helpful with my 2018 Volvo. The team did a systematic check on my vehicle and provided a complete repair plan. They finished the work within 2 days with a very reasonable quote. Fast Lane European would definitely be the long term service for my car.

Full story:
My 2020 BMW 330i had an issue with the digital instrument cluster not turning on when I turned the car on. It would sometimes take more than an hour for it to come on, so I didn't have any idea the speed I was driving at and the safety systems weren't functional either.

I took the car to BMW Stevens Creek. They charged $315 for an initial diagnosis. After they couldn't find the cause of the issue, they wanted to charge $900 more to continue diagnosing it, which required them taking the cluster apart. I respectfully said hell no.

I was contemplating just selling or trading the car since I wasn't sure how much it would truly cost to fix it. After doing some research, I came across Fast Lane European on yelp. They had great reviews, so I decided to give them a call.

I spoke with Craig and gave him all the details, and he gave me a fair quote for the initial diagnostic (cheaper than BMW service). They eventually determined the instrument cluster was faulty, and recommended to buy and install a new cluster.

I was initially skeptical because they weren't sure what caused the issue to happen. The software on my car was outdated, and it wouldn't update for some reason. Craig suggested that it couldn't update because of the issue with the instrument cluster, so I trusted him and went with his recommendation.

Less than two days later, the car was fixed! Instrument cluster is back on and all the tech works like brand new. The price was reasonable and they were very fast.

Overall, 10/10 recommend. Would go back if any other issues come up.

My Range Rover was due for its normal service at 48k miles so I googled around instead of going to the local dealership. I came across Fast Lane European and boy am I glad. I received Top Notch service from Craig and the rest of the team and they exceeded my expectations and had the car done a lot sooner then the quoted me! I definitely will return in the future for my car needs thanks to this Team of experts!

Had some issues with my trunk not opening and did not want to take it to the dealership to hopefully save on high costs. Jason was the one who helped me out here and was very informative and communicative throughout the entire process. The service was very efficient and I was also able to get my brakes checked and replaced! Cherry on top is that my car exterior came back clean!

Honest and professional service. These guys know what they're doing and took care of everything on my m550i. I came in with a noise coming from my front suspension that I couldn't figure out and they made sure to inspect every inch and found the issue! Turns out my skid plate was loose and my control arms were pretty much done.

They worked with my extended warranty and kept me in the loop with daily updates. Craig and Mason were excellent and transparent every step of the way.

Car feels brand new!
