Same monster burgers but significantly improved staffing and management.

Give them a shot and help them succeed this time.

So happy this place is open. Burgers can get really big. XXL will cover all your meals for the day. So worth it as well. Everything is fresh made to order and it tastes solid.

Skinny or Fat fries. Milkshakes. Homemade pinion rings.

New MGT. super friendly. This place will become a habit and it will stop me going from going to Habit. (Place is horrible now).

Had to run to Yelp to tell yall about the experience I just had at Fat burger. We arrived just before 8:30 and the cashier immediately starting yelling about how we needed to hurry up and place or order because they turn off the grill at 8:30. Of course I had to let him know that this is no way to treat a customer and that he is supposed to be nice (according to the yelp review I read earlier in the day). Per the store signage, they close at 9pm so Im still not sure what he's helping about. I ordered the food, paid for it, told him to toss the receipt. Do you know this joker had the nerve to look at the receipt and shout "bad tip!" Now to his credit, he comped our drinks. And that was nice so I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt plus I really thought I was tripping so I let him make it. But then the next customer orders and there was no mistaking it this time. I heard it loud and clear "Bad Tip!"
I politely took my food and left; satisfied, I might add, cuz I knew I was going to hop right on yelp and tell all of Elk Grove just how much Fat Burger appreciates you paying $30 for a 2 burgers and two fries. 3 stars cuz the burger was good. But I won't be back and I'll be surprised if they make it a year with that type of service. And here's a 2 tips: patrons are not required to leave a tip (even if you do comp their drinks) and no one wants to be yelled at while in your establishment.

Stopped by the newly reopened Fatburger last Sunday. We were promptly and pleasantly greeted upon our arrival. Menu selections for burgers were same as previous Fatburger, which is great because I loved this place. Our food came out quickly. My shake arrived first, as expected, followed by our burgers and fries. Everything was great. We will definitely be back!

Look who's back! I happened to walk by Fatburger this afternoon and was invited inside. I was able to sample some of the food before their official Grand Opening. (The interior was still unfinished and training was in process). I'll be honest, I was a huge critic of this place when it first opened. Customer service was subpar, constant food shortages, and long wait times during its initial run. When it initially closed, I wasn't surprised. However, today I had a great conversation with AJ who is part of the new leadership here and he assured me that things are going to be different this time around. His positive outlook and passion for customer service has me excited to welcome back Fatburger to Elk Grove. If all goes as AJ has described, then the future should be bright for this Fatburger location. Can't wait to come back!

From when you walk in the staff is friendly and great. The turkey burgers are way better than the ones I make at home. I'm glad they reopened.

Just stopped by today June 29th 2024 after I heard they reopened under new management. I immediately noticed friendlier staff and was greeting as soon as I stepped in the door. One concern I had was what the prices were going to be like in this economy. I was very surprised the price was much better than Five Guys and in my honest opinion it's much better burger. One complaint most people had under previous management was how long it took to get your food. I will say today was WAAAAY better. Food took less than 10 minutes and was hot and fresh!!! I'll definitely be back. Donald was amazing and had such great energy and was very attentive.

Placed order online today. Went to pick up order, drove home and it was wrong (missing ingredients). Was placed on hold for over 20 minutes when I called to discuss the mistake. Had to drive there again to actually talk to someone about the issue. Turns out staff/cook are unaware of menu items and online menu doesn't match the store menu. Blame was placed on corporate/HQ. No apology for being on hold for so long. Was never asked if I wanted a refund or any other compensation, manager only remade the sandwich. Not worth $10 (add another $5 for fries and a drink) for a bun, slice of cheese and tasteless chicken. Even with new management, this place is still a disappointment.

The difference in service and speed of order fulfillment is night and day compared to when this box first opened under different ownership and management. This is my second time here already. They have my support now and hopefully yours too.

I've been to Fatburger and Lake Tahoe many times it's delicious and the service is really good
