Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Stopped by looking for an obscure plastic connector that broke in my old moen faucet. These guys had it in stock. The staff was super friendly and helpful to look up the model of my faucet (which I did not know) and to make sure that the part would fit. They easily saved me $150 plus labor to replace the whole faucet.

Fun fact, they use a large noisy dot matrix printer to print up receipts. Hadnt seen one of those in years, and it made me chuckle.

I've been purchasing from Fergusons for 12 yrs. I love this place, the people that work there are the best. Very current and extremely knowledgeable. The "lead" time is always accurate and the fixtures are beautiful. Being an interior designer, I appreciate a well run, organized business.

TLDR: They sold used parts as new and when they didn't work took forever to get a new one.

I purchased an expensive Grohe blue faucet from them last May. When the faucet arrived it had clearly been opened and used previously. The faucet had scratch marks and the main component looked like it had been opened. We installed it and it didn't work. We called Ferguson who had us try a few more things to get it working. Bottom line, it was a dud. We asked for a replacement and close to two months later we finally got it. The new faucet worked. The number of extra trips the plumber took to our house to try Ferguson's recommendations to get the obviously used broken faucet to work doubled our labor for the job. In the end, we kept the scratched faucet component because it would cost too much to have it swapped out. I asked for some kind of discount for all the extra labor and got no response. I wrote a letter to the manager asking for intervention and got no response. They tried to blame Grohe which is perhaps accurate but as a local business, they had to take some responsibility for making it right. I don't recommend doing business with them.

The manager reached out to me too make it right. To make a mistake is one thing. I was impressed with his sincerity in trying to fix it. Would give them another try.

I needed a part for my faucet after a move. Just wanted to say the dude there was so friendly and helpful I had to mention this on yelp. If you need ANYTHING related to plumbing from toilets and faucets to water filters and gas pipe fittings they have it.

My experience was superb. They were very helpful, got me what I needed, right away, despite my only having a photo on my phone, called me when they located my item, told me the price, asked if I wanted it ordered, ordered it, and called me when it came in. And then sold it to me, all very professionally, and very helpful. If you need a plumbing part/supply, this is your place!

Wish I could give them a better review. Most sales people have been helpful in the past. Today I would have to give Ed a "F" for his service. Very erragant and condescending. Spent over $ 600. on one sink fixture which I needed additional parts to connect to a commercial sink. Went into the store with pictures of the sink and brought the fixture. After talking to the manufacture he showed me a picture of the parts I needed to order to attached the fixture to the sink. I asked for some clarification and he became erragant and condescending. He even asked a regular customer to look at it and he disagreed with him. He even accused me of throwing a posted (4" piece of paper) at him, when I asked him to write down his name and the owners so I could call and make a complaint about his service. I done many plumbing projects before. This guy treats women like there stupid! A new Freidman ' s store is going in down the street and I will now drive to the Plumbing store in Santa Rosa before I ever go back to Fergusons.
