Amazing service! I brought my Tesla in and and they fixed it in under an hour no charge. So helpful and fast.

They do good quality work, but their customer service sucks. I was told to show up a 5 to pick up my car and didn't get it until after 6. If they offer you a rental car, get your own. The company they work with is in a dodgy hotel and nickel and dimes you over everything. Please be aware that you can make your own arrangements for a rental car with ICBC and you won't be on the hook for extra charges.

After sustaining some right rear side and rear bumper damage and after looking thru ICBC's rear lost my wife snd I picked fernys. And we are sorry we did. When we took the Highlander in we were told Wednesday next week. In went in on Wednesday not ready. Was told come back Friday. Not ready. No reasons given. On the Friday I was told "that they would push us to the front of the line snd all that was needed was to put the bumper back on." We finally got a call at 5. They close at 5:30. Also, the customer service was short and curt. Ask a question and you got the feeling you were putting the estimator out. I haven't seen the repairs but it had better be perfect but I seriously doubt that given the way I was treated. I have a 4Runner that needs repairs snd you can bet it won't be at fernys.

Today I drove up with what was an emergency to me at the end of the day with no appointment and not only did these lovely people fix my car they did it on the spot and put up with my frantic babbling the entire time! 5 stars for Ferny's Auto Body Shop! I can not thank you all enough! You are now my go to auto body shop :)

We took our car in to have a minor dent fixed out of pocket. The estimator advised it would be ready in 3 days- which it was not and no phone call. On the fourth day I called to inquire and was told an employee had damaged the door in a different area and they would have to keep the car for an extra day. This was a problem in that we then had to borrow a car for an important errand. When we didn't hear by the end of the next day we walked to the garage and asked to speak to the owner/manager. We expressed our dissatisfaction at the poor level of communication. He did not seem at all concerned that we were not happy. We waited about 30 minutes for our car to be finished and by this time we had very low expectations. When our car was delivered we could not have been more pleased with the result. The dent and the other damage was perfectly fixed and our car was meticulously detailed. We went from being absolutely certain we would never use this business again to being absolutely certain we would. If we ever need body work again, I would use Ferny's and rely less on their promises of when the car will be ready.
