      I had the pleasure of getting the best customer service from a gentlemen named Kenny while getting my propane tank refilled. He was kind and considerate with offering to get my tank from the car and carrying it back as well. I wish more businesses invested in these type of employees. I will defiantly return as well as highly recommend.

      This is the best deal in Elk Grove for propane les then 4 dollars a gal. $1.50 less the other propane dealer in area. Very friendly and great service.

      If you enjoy crappy customer service, go with Ferrellgas. Called for price of fuel to refill 20lb tanks, the female answering the phone was flippant and put me on a 15 minute hold before I finally hung up. This is not a one off. We live in Elk Grove, CA, and have attempted calling them in the past. Has never gone smoothly.

      I am new to the rural life coming from San Francisco and having a propane tank is something completely new to me. I had a small leak that was immediately fixed and when my tank ran out of gas, they sent someone out same day to resolve the issue. A gentleman named Sam came out and taught me so much about propane, pressure, and what to do in various situations to keep my family safe. I have only had great experiences with the so far and appreciate all the time their technicians spent with me to educate me on propane. They indeed took the pain out of propane.

      One last thing... if you look at the one star reviews, notice that it is people that don't really understand how the propane tank works. When you don't understand the way something works, that doesn't mean the service should be dinged. It boggles my mind when a customer leaves a negative review due to their own ignorance.

      Have always had a hard time getting a truck out here. So I has them install the tank monitoring system that triggers and order when it hits 30%. Well it hit 30%, no truck. Called when it hit 20%. Was told they see an order generated and added that the tank was now at 20% and I needed a fill. No truck. Tank is now at 5% and it is a long holiday weekend. On hold right now on their emergency number and no one is answering. Gonna be a cold New Years. New resolution - change propane companies

      I never give a rating this will be my first. This company is horrible. I have been waiting for weeks to get their propane tank filled. Ultimately I ran out of gas waiting for 3 days with no gas in freezing cold weather. The technician just showed up and refused to fill my tank only giving 150 gallons and was told by his manager not to fill me. I was told by the manager I had to call and request a new order. My neighbor told me this company is short 4 drivers and is running low on propane for months now. Customers be aware this company is unreliable, rude extremely unprofessional customer service is horrible. Use another company let ferro gas be your last and only option.

      If I could give zero I would. Horrible customer service, rude. Called every day for 14 days asking there my propane was.....I finally said screw it and never got it until 6 weeks after I ordered. We were freezing and customer service said "oh I understand....I've taken a cold shower before!!" A six week freezing shower (dumbass). JS WEst is where it's at, someone answered the phone, locally (not a different state every time), and they are taking care of unlike Farrellgas. Customers beware!!!!!

      The consumer complaint filed by Ms. Freitas has been forwarded to the Ferrellgas Legal
      Department for investigation and comment. I have completed my investigation, talked to
      the relevant field personnel, and offer the following response:
      Ms. Freitas's concerns to relate to the propane delivery timeframe.
      Upon ordering, Ferrellgas Customer Service provided the customer with a delivery
      window. That window is an estimate and can ultimately vary due to factors like demand,
      weather, road conditions, etc.
      The customer received her propane order on March 9, 2023 and her tank was not empty.
      Ferrellgas strives to provide best in class customer service and we regret that Ms. Freitas
      did not feel she received such level of service. Her complaint has been sent to the relevant
      field personnel.
      Thank you for bringing Ms. Freitas's concerns to our attention. I hope the above resolves
      any remaining questions or concerns. Thank you.

      They neglected to say our tank was at or below 1% when they finally filled it.

      For the first time in 15 years of owning my place I ran out of propane because I did not pay attention to the gas meter. No furnace, stove, dryer, or hot water for showers, laundry and dishes. My bad, my fault. I ordered propane but the demand is insane right now, so it took more than a week to get my delivery with so many more customers that had ordered before me. Sean made the delivery on Martin Luther King Day, which I did not expect, it was a holiday. But the company is making sure people are getting their gas. He quickly showed my city boy son how to set the pilot on my water heater and then was on his way to fill the next customer. The road to my house is a challenge even with cars because of the mud. I do not have payment or asphalt going to my house. It was not an easy delivery to make. I am really pleased I made the move to this gas company last summer. I made the move because of their prices. But I am pleased to see the service is on spot as well.
