Received our furniture delivery and we love our new bedroom set. The frame is solid wood and they did have the best prices in town with free local delivery. We will pick out and order a dining set from them next. Thanks again guys! Very professional.

Called in and spoke with a sales rep named John. He was very helpful, and helped me with many product questions. Once I placed my order, fine furniture San Diego kept me updated from start to finish. I furnished my master bedroom, looking forward to finishing our living room and kitchen with them

Great service from Fine Furniture. My bed frame had 2 small red visible stains on top both ends of the foot board. I reached out to John and he was able to remedy the situation by providing a curtesy refund. Very understanding. Great service.

They had great customer service. We paid for white glove service. The technicians were very polite and professional. They set up the couches and made our life so much easy. The two sectionals online were exactly described. They are super comfy as well as beautiful in person. We were so pleased with their service that we just purchased a dining set. Would definitely recommend Fine Furniture for their exceptional customer service and furniture needs.

Table and chairs arrived palletized for shipping, all items un damaged because it was packed extremely well. Trucking company delivery personnel was very helpful and pleasant. The table and chairs are of good quality and was assembled without any issue. I would highly recommend you to others.

I would recommend to anyone not to roll the dice with this company. They have a huge selection of items but they do not communicate well what is in and out of stock. You will most likely be waiting a long time for furniture. They will be quick to blame all issues on Covid-19. How can you blame failure in your business practice and models on a human corona virus? Take responsibility and ownership of the problems you are having navigating global affairs just like the rest of us.
They have stated several times that orders come from overseas. I suggest buying American made products. As stated in several other reviews the furniture is not quality. I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. Our website features a link on every single product page that says "click to check stock", it looks like you went ahead and placed your order without checking stock and our customer service team promptly advised the restock date for your order and you declined to wait. We did not bill you for the order and you ordered a coffee table with end table for only $245, that is probably one of the best deals in town despite you pointing out "You're gonna get what you pay for". We gave you the option to reselect but you could not find anything else that you liked in your budget that was in stock. We are sorry about items being out of stock and we are not hiding behind "COVID-19" as you are accusing us of but are responsibly communicating to you the facts around stock issues so that you have a better understanding of why items are out of stock and delayed for so long. Fire furniture is a hidden gem of a business in San Diego. It's been 2 years or so and we began purchasing furniture from them. First, we bought the couch, loveseat and chair ( all seen at other places at higher cost) here. They really do beat the prices of other online places with names that start with " O" or " W-" The other places will call the same furniture items by different names. So, you have to be diligent and look through all of Fine Furniture items to match the items up with that from other popular online websites. No warehouse but no different than other popular online websites. It's great that they're local. From ordering to delivery is usually 1-2 weeks. Also bought some dining benches, a dining table and chairs there but that will require another review because of all the pictures I'd need to take. I really, really recommend the " White Glove" service. It's not that much more and you can trust that everything will be assembled right and that you won't lift, struggle, hurt your back or assemble things incorrectly. It gives immense peace of mind! All ofthe people- from the phone through delivery are very pleasant and. patient to work with

Specifically looked for over-sized furniture because of our large livingroom walls and ceiling. Found part of this set, online at another popular furniture site. I really needed the chair but it wasn't offered as an option. And, the 2 pieces were priced higher than the the 3 pieces that I needed.
After diligently searching online for weeks, I found FineFurnitureSanDiego.com. To my delight, they had the 3 piece with the chair ("Fletcher Sofa, Couch and Chair" that I really, really wanted and had my heart set on. A key feature is that I don't use leather (vegan reasons) and I wanted softly covered but firm cushions with a combo leather_ look and fabric style.
I got my dream 3 piece set for the room. The couches are covered in soft yet high quality chenille like fabric. The pillows are heavy duty, too, and can be changed from fabric to reversed to match the color of the cushions. Leather- look pillows are also Included which make eventhing pop.
My friends are a little amazed and I think a little envious) because they can't believe the dark part is not leather but is so durable and high quality. They complain of their leather not holding up so well with kids and that it needs care. I just lightly/quickly dust the brown leather with a cloth and it's beautifully new looking again.
The couch/ chair seats are comfortable and spacious and ergonomically correct for my husband and I. I am 5' 4 and my husband is almost 6 feet. Our legs, lower body don't sink too low, feet reach the floor and our backs are fully supported. Set is a dream come true!
The salespeople are very nice but extremely low- pressure. I guess they want you to make your own decisions. We paid for the " White Glove" service and I can't recommend how important this is. Furniture was brought in and setup by extremely friendly and helpful staff.
The only issue is that I'm on a tight budget and still looking for furniture. I'd like to store items in my cart from their site as I continue to look for linngroom shelves, Iamps and to re-vamp the kitchen with benches, trestle table and a big 3 dim ensional hutch to match our beautiful kitchencabinets. But, it's so frustrating because, unlike other sites/ this one quickly erases your cart. This prevents progress I can make in planning and comparing before ordering. Awesome, small - based company and if you can be patient, they are great and easy to work with. A blessing! Just hope they eventually allow the cart to hold a history of items that you're Intersted in Iike other online companies. In the meanwhile, I'm still on the lookout to buy more from them vs another online company in the future. Alot to choose from! We placed an order back in June. They keep promising our items will arrive soon. But we are in October and still nothing.
The worst part is the customer service. They are very rude, like if they are doing you a favor by answering questions. Very bad attitude.

G D, your husband who was the actual buying customer already wrote his review below under Yelp account "Jon L". I will give you the same response that I gave him. It seems that you two do not care or understand that there is an active viral Pandemic that is affecting businesses small and large. We are doing our best to relay information and updates when and where we receive them from our manufacturers. We never even took money for your order and you were only on a waitlist for the items.
The manufacturer was affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic which has affected all businesses and manufacturers on a global level. We never charged your credit card since we were waiting on the items to come back into stock. The best we can do is to communicate with our customers and relay the information that our manufacturers give us at the time that it is received. I have just had a wonderful experience with this company. I found them very easy to deal with and ready to answer questions about the table I was buying sight unseen. John and his team were able to schedule a convenient time for me to receive it and a very special shout out to Austin who went out of his way to help me load the table.. The customer service here is terrific and the table was even more beautiful than we had expected. I'm a first time customer here and I'll be checking in on them in the future for other pieces for sure.
