I booked a last minute (a few hours before) SUV for my bachelorette party and everything was great! I requested a quote on Yelp and the owner Moe was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. I was quoted much higher by other companies. Our driver arrived a few minutes early and kindly had the doors open for us as we made our way to the car. Sam was a great driver and allowed us to play music from our phone. I am beyond pleased with Finest City Transportation. My mom was flying into Lax and she had 10 large suitcases and i was searching for a company that can assist with bags and meet inside the terminal since shes disabled. The chauffeur was Demetrius who communicated with me when he picked her up and communicated when he dropped her off.

The Suv was a beautiful Lincoln Navigator and my mom was very comfortable and pleased with this service.

The driver arrived on time and texted us when he was in route he had bottled waters in the car and even assisted us with luggage from the door.

On the way back from lax airport they even provided us with a complimentary meet and greet service and the ride home was super smooth.

We came back from a long international flight and slept the whole ride home.

Our driver, Oso was fantastic! We had a pickup in the motor the night to LAX airport. Our driver called the day before and introduced himself and confirmed our pickup. He was prompt and dealt with our numerous bags. We also had our dog. Oso offered to make a stop along the way to accommodate our dog. Once we arrived at the airport, he arranged for someone to help us with our luggage. He could not leave the car.
We have used several transport services, but this one is superior and fairly priced. I highly recommend this service.

Service - great communication, professional and amazing hospitality. Very friendly, welcoming drivers and reservation staff. Replied quickly through Yelp's messenger for quote.

Vehicle - felt very clean and safe. Also provided nice car seats for my kids (good quality seats). Rode in a Chevy Suburban for my family of 5.

Price - best value from all the quotes given. Very reasonable rates.

We used Finest City Transportation for a ride from San Diego to LAX. We received excellent service, and Yusuf, our driver, was on time and very courteous. The SUV was super clean and we had complimentary water bottles also provided to us. The pricing was also very reasonable. We would definitely use their service more frequently in the future.
