      Bryan came in and fixed the stupid Whirlpool built-in oven that had locked itself after blowing its thermal fuse while in self-cleaning mode.

      The oven could not be opened, and had no power. The previous technician from a 5* company came in wasted my time and said he could not fix it.

      First Appliance's Bryan had an Appliance dolly (did not know it existed) to pull the oven out. Even had to remove the microwave to disconnect the power, and then replaced the thermal fuse and put the oven and the microwave back

      I called on Sunday and I spoke to a woman and told her that my dryer was not working. She asked me what is wrong with it, and I told her that I think the heating element is broken because it's turning on and it's going through the motions (rotating and turning on) but it's not getting warm. She then said that someone would come out to my house on Tuesday between 2 and 4 PM.

      Not only did she call the next day in order to change my appointment time, to between noon and 2 PM but then on Tuesday they changed it again. I eventually received a text message saying that Oscar was on his way at 11 AM. Oscar then arrived around 11:15 AM and went to my dryer turned it on asked me what the problem was, then took a picture of my dryer. He then said, "the heating element is broken. That's why it's not turning on." he then gave me a price and told me that if I want to get it fixed, he could do it right now go to get the part and come back. But if I take time to decide, then he may not have any availability for me and it might be a few days.

      I told him that I would like some time to decide and I paid him $70 to essentially take a photograph of my dryer. However, I kept receiving text messages and emails demanding money even though I had a zero balance. Not only did he not look at my dryer and actually see what was wrong with it , and still get paid money, he had the audacity in order to ask for more money on top of it, and keep sending me invoices!!!!!

      I WANT MY MONEY BACK! After all I was the one who said it was the heating element

      I am writing this review because I have used their service multiple times and referred friends as well. However, this time it was very bad. When I called them to fix the washer, the technician evaluated the root cause and service charge, and the replacement part cost was more($580), so I decided to buy a new washer and dryer. I asked him to confirm whether my washer and dryer were electric or gas-powered. The technician told me the dryer was gas, so I ordered a gas dryer and an electric washer from Costco based on his words. Today, when Costco delivered the washer (electric) and the dryer (gas), the delivery person told me that the previous dryer was electric, and I also saw the power plug where the electric dryer was connected when he pulled the front of the dryer. I was unable to remove and check earlier the dryer because of its heavy weight; otherwise, I could have verified it myself. If this company is run by this kind of technician, then I don't know what to say. This is a very basic thing that they should know. I am very disappointed with their service and the technician. It is a hassle for the people who have to pay for the wrong service and information and waste time and money for the further buying and returning process. I am not sure now that he has diagnosed the actual problem. I am pasting here the service day and time proof as well.

      Don't call this company, they have no clue what they are doing.
      We had to tell them that their repair did not work.
      They did honor their warranty, and don't bother trying to get a refund.
      Even if they tell you they will refund you, they are lying.

      What a $hit show.

      After overcoming their language barrier, I was able to schedule an initial visit.
      I thought I was paying a higher repair fee to get my stove repaired quicker but that was not the case. They showed up late.

      The tech looked at my stove for about 3 mins and then said he would have to order a part and It would be installed next week.

      3 weeks later, I had to call them non-stop until they finally showed up to make the repair.
      The second tech spoke no English at all.

      HORRIABLE EXPERICANCE.

      I engaged First Appliance Repair to address a water leakage issue in my fridge last year. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Instead of conducting a thorough diagnosis, they opted for a quick fix by replacing some parts, resulting in a temporary solution. To my dismay, the problem resurfaced within a year, indicating that the root cause was never adequately addressed.

      Seeking a resolution, I contacted them again for a review of the recurring issue. Shockingly, they insisted on charging me for a diagnosis once more. This approach feels like a blatant rip-off, as one would expect a genuine commitment to resolving the problem without additional fees, especially considering the persistence of the issue.

      My advice to potential customers: be cautious when considering First Appliance Repair, as my experience suggests a lack of effective problem-solving and a concerning willingness to charge for repeated diagnoses without addressing the core issue.

      We called this company and scheduled a diagnostic appointment for microwave oven ($70 fee). This company use bait and switch strategies in order to keep the $70 fee without adding it to actual work. The technician was inexperienced. He said our microwave was 7 years old when we purchased it last year. Also, the manufacturer date is on the sticker.

      Diagnostic was mediocre from start to finish. Total cost for the repair was $650 - 700.00 for a $220 microwave. I order a new microwave from Best Buy and change it myself within one hour. Please take the time to research and avoid this company by any means.

      This company is a scam DO NOT USE THEM!! They came to repair my refrigerator and said they repaired it not even 2 months later I have the same issue and it is still not working, they sent someone else out by 9 pm last Friday they said it was fixed and complete, but it is still not working. I requested my money back still no response they told me I needed to reach out to them for repair by email for warranty, and they made me do it through email which I did, they sent someone and I promise you if you call them it could be anyone from anywhere answering the call, and they have no IDEA how to help you!! They will only schedule another service with another fee to come out, I emailed them they came they defrosted the Ice block said it was repaired and guess what?? Its still not working I emailed again after calling and that is when I found out the call is randomly answered by whomever they hired with a computer to schedule appointments they have no idea about anything so BEWARE of the company!!!

      Horrible experience. My washing machine stopped draining, and they sent a technician out. I should've known something was up when I came out to check on him and he was watching Youtube trying to find out how to troubleshoot my machine.

      They sent out a technician a few days later with the wrong part. I ended up purchasing the correct part only to have them install it and having the machine still not work.

      Then they said well it could be the main control board. I ended up firing them and now im stuck with a part I can't return, and a washing machine thats still broken. The manager never called me back to discuss refunding what I paid for the service. So I had to take the time to dispute the charges with my CC company to force a refund.

      Had them out about 7 months ago to replace insides of my dryer as it was not working. Thought they did the job as our dryer worked. Then two days later the credit card I used to pay them had several unauthorized charges on it. Now 7 months later my dryer needs to be fixed again, with all of the rollers replaced. They are crooks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
