Few weeks ago, the dealership tried to charge me more than 10 grands to fix my vehicle. You guys have to know I just did a big maintenance here in May and the staff told me nothing wrong! Of course I was pissed off and decided to bring my vehicle to other auto shops for more consultations. After informed the dealer I would not fix my vehicle at their place, they just wanted me to bring it out shortly, and "BETTER CALL A TOWING SERVICE" since it's not drivable any more...

Rovy showed up as expected, asked for some necessary information then started his work. Although it took time, he still got my vehicle hooked up to the towing bed successfully. In addition, he referred a good auto shop with his credibility which let me avoid spending too much time to find one by myself. He even had a following up message after one week to ask how I felt with the repair.

Rovy was very professional and very helpful. He explained he could help me but was an hour and half away because he was helping another customer with a long distance tow. Referred me to another towing company but would come by after his job if I still needed his assistance. Car troubles are never fun. I had to have my Jeep grand Cherokee towed from an auto repair shop to the dealership due to the shop's unknown inability to make the repair on my car. I called First Call Towing and he told me he would be available in one hour. Exactly one hour later on the dot, Rovy came and picked me and my Jeep up.

Rovy was very professional and kind. I was able to schedule a pickup for my car with ease. He was responsive and communicated clearly. He took care of everything regarding the tow, which was one less thing I had to worry about with my car trouble.
