I came to First choice with a vision of exactly how I wanted my 2003 Honda Odyssey Minivan built out, & they said that they've never had anyone ask them to build it out the way I asked, so I was a little nervous about them trying something new, but they really blew me away with the creativity of this Van setup, & I have everything that I need in this van to get any type of Mobile detailing job done! They also offered to do this whole build for a very reasonable price, & a lot cheaper than some other places I got an estimate with! Go to First choice if you want to build a similar setup to mine, or you can get creative by trying something completely new! Thanks Wendell & all the other guys who built out my Van!

Just wanna say this place is amazing and has so much to offer. They converted my van into something that just blew my expectations away and has set me up for my business to continue to prosper even more so now. They have all that you need and then some... I appreciate everyone who works there for being so kind and taking care of me so well. Highly recommend this place to my fellow auto detailing folks.

Needed some yearly supplies to detail the cars, good selection of stuff and staff answered all my questions

Hello all this place has it all to wash and clean your car products. From sprays to waxes clays and fiber towels air fresheners. The girl there knows her stuff very helpful too! So come on by and get your cleaning car care products.

We've been buying products from First Choice for years before finally trusting them to install shelving and reorganize our cluttered detailing van. Wendell Pena and his team were quick, professional, and more importantly KIND and COURTEOUS throughout the entire process. They sent us progress throughout the installation, and were quick to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. They honored the original estimate and did not try to upsell or overcharge us. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great place to buy your needs to either wash your own vehicle or to start your own mobile car wash business...my business partner and I are starting a mobile car wash and are gathering all of our supplies...we are slowly learning where it's best to get product, we really liked this place...I'm sure some of these product are a bit more inexpensive online, but nothing beats instant gratification and the fact that you have tangible product in store...drove all the way from Palm Springs CA to check out the place....great value, good customer service and a array of products is what will keep bringing us back to this place...thanks!

Went it to buy some detailing supplies and the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Such a bad experience for me. Spent over $2,200 on my set up (no machines).

1, I took my van the day before the set up at mid day. Half a day before my set up date. because I came from far so they could have it ready the next day by 5 or so how they said. I call the next day (Tuesday) and they told me it would be ready by 5:30 or so. I get there and they send me to where they are working on the van. 7 minutes away, no problem. I get there and they are still working and have a good way to go. After 2 hours of waiting, I take my van. *another client I met up at the store when picking up said he dropped off his van early that Tuesday and was already filling up water with his set up done.

2. I got fill up water and they forget to tighten something so when I'm filling up water, POP! Something starts leaking really bad. I tightened up the screw but water won't come out of the gun. I message them and the nephew calls me and says they'll coke the next morning to fix it. Since it's a 55 minute drive for me. So they come and "fix it". They honestly did a mess of water everywhere. But okay I only cancel one appointment.

3. The same problem happens again. Water won't come out. I message them and no reply, they just saw the message. so I take it somewhere to fix it. When they fix it, no mess no water anywhere. Very fast and easy. They knew what they were doing. BUT! When they were fixing it they pointed out how the mess of water that they did, rusted the floor. So I call the younger guy, which this guy is really cool. And took fault for their mistakes. They agree to replace my floor. (Another full day of work I had to lose) I take it to them to replace the floor but they forget to put me on the schedule and I have to drop off the van again. Since the van is there and I wanted to push my machinery and water tank back about 6", I call them and tell them when they out the new floor if they can push the machines back a bit because I wanted my bottle holders lower. (They out them too high up when they first put my set up) and they tell me I have to leave the van an extra day if I want that.


After all the trouble they made me go through and the mess and headache you would think they would do something so easy to help with all my troubles. But they didn't. No worries. I didn't want to lose more work so I told them to leave it as it is. A call and apology from the owner would've been nice. After all it is a small business, if I mess in something I will apologize and fix it myself not send my employee to do all the work and talking. Will definitely never go here again. Don't get me wrong. I know we are all humans and make mistakes but just the amount of time I had to lose from work and all the headaches and annoyance of after paying so much for something and it doesn't meet your needs. I expected more from them after all their IG posts.
