First Response Phone Repair

I had my iMax and iPad fixed today. This is my second visit actually. As always, they are freindly and professional. Shoutout to Joanna. This is my go-to phone repair shop from now on. I am very satisfied. I will definitely recommend to my family, friends, and to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy phone repair shop.

Spoke to these folks on Monday about my iPad charging issues. My iPad was up and running the next day! Highly recommend their services.

12/21/2023: OOOOOoof~My iPhone screen cracked~I must visit First Response Phone Repair!!!! Customer Service Support, Joanna stated it will take an hour and an half replacing screen; however, to my surprised, utter delight, the iPhone screen was replaced in 45-minutes! WOW!!!!

In addition, I purchased a privacy screen and an Otterbox protecting my iPhone; I do like the Otterbox but, the privacy screen is difficult using a computer screen stylus and doesn't allow using the Face ID Recognition. Oh, well . . .

Regardless, I'll return should I need a cellphone repaired or need cellphone accessories.

I needed two batteries, two screens and fast service and I got all of the above the folks were pleasant and professional, and had my phone back to me before I was done shopping across the street at Viva. Nice to have a spot like that close to home. Iwould recommend five stars.

I had to get one of my older iPhones jailbroken so we could use it with another service carrier for my husband's work phone, I called, some gentleman answered and he literally answered all of my questions, honestly, friendly and straight to the point. And it's really affordable here, even their accessories inside the store. Everything you need for a cell phone is in there. When they were finished with our phone, which took literally one day, we were not able to pick it up for months because we were not in town, they called reminding us that they're gonna toss it or whatever they do with items that don't get picked up, so we went to go pick it up. Super affordable guys!!! This is the place to get your phone serviced!

I had called about getting an IPad Pro 12.9 fixed., knowing that it was an older model I wasn't sure if it was going to get fixed. The person who fixed my 2nd generation iPad did an amazing job, it looks brand new and works just fine. I didn't know there were a bunch of issues to it and didn't expect to take longer than usual to fix., the amount of times we communicated we were always given an answer professionally. Price wise, it's decent. Honestly around the price it should be so no complaint about that. Battery wise when my husband checked it was at full with a temporary screen protector. Overall we are extremely happy that we left the iPad in the care of this business!

Went here and got an affordable battery replacement for my phone. They said it would take an hour to replace, but they were way faster than that. I waited only about 30 mins at most. Will definitely go back in the future.

I have an iPhone 6 that was having difficulty getting charged. Like most people, I've used the toothpick method to clean what lint I could. Well, after months of spotty charging I felt it was time to change my charging port. I did the Yelp 'request a quote from a bunch of different repair shops', and First Response's owner: Daniil responded promptly beating out the other quotes by HALF their price!

I was skeptical because it was so low, but they had pretty good reviews. So, the worst that would happen is I would lose $30 but would give a negative review, right?

The place was easy to find, but parking felt limited if the other business were busy.

Daniil worked on my phone and the issue was lint that was stuck at the corners of the port. The process was about a minute and he said it was a common problem and a no charge fix. Since I was there, I got my battery replaced. That took all but 5 minutes.

I asked why were his prices so low, and he explained that rent is low so he passes on the savings to people. Amazing he would do that drastic of a savings instead of beating out the competition by a few dollars. For sure I'll go back.

This place is like a small business phone repair shop on steroids. Came in for an iPhone 6 repair, it was just freezing and turning off. They do free diagnostics, so I left it for a couple hours. They called me and said the battery was changed, glass replaced and software was checked with no luck. Last step was to try and reset the phone completely to its newest update. I gave them the ok and it worked! Richard was great, very sharp kid.

They also sell iPhones and accessories for a good value. Really great place, they're honest and not trying to rip anyone off. Will make sure to only go here for my phone repair needs.

I had water damage to my microphone on my Pixel. After talking about water damage I asked how much it was to replace the microphone. She took it back to the repair person who worked on it on the spot. Took him only a couple of minutes and they weren't even going to charge me.

Great resource for used mobile phones and device repair. Quick and honest; extremely fair prices. Staff really helpful. Come earlier in the day for quickest service. Highly recommended.
