Five Points Tire Imports

Have an SUV and needed tires. Called Mark and he asked a bunch of questions about the way I drive, where I drive, and other such questions to help determine the best tires. Things I was/am concerned about include the noise factor, handling and comfort - the same as most people! It feels like Goldilocks trying for the right porridge so spending $1200 - $1500 for tires is worth it. Mark was EXCELLENT at making sure to recommend tires and get me scheduled for a couple days later. He suggested tires that weren't the most inexpensive, but I am thrilled with them. The ride is better than the tires that came with the car, the handling is better as well and the comfort, well, let's just say smoother. I could have saved a couple hundred going elsewhere, but would not have been happy and would have regretted it for the years until time for new tires again. From the 2 weeks I've had the new tires I like the way the car drives every time I get in it...kind of weird for a set of tires, but knowing what was being offered by other tire dealers, I'm very happy with the decision to go see Mark and Manny and get my tires there. Be happy with your decision and go see them as well!

My family has been going to Five Point Tires since I was a kid. Victor being the new owner over the years, hasn't stopped my family from coming here. I recently had my smog done and Victor did it right away and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. My brother also ordered special tires for our dune buggy. The sizing was not on the tire, so Victor was kind to help with the measurements so we could get the right tires order. The tires came in quickly and were installed immediately. My employer, Western Allied Mechanical trusts Five Points and Victor for all of our fleets needs. Every time I've had to bring in my truck in, they jump right on fixing it. I've never had an issue with any of their repairs. I only wished I lived closer so I could bring my personal vehicles here.

Quick and knowledgeable customer service. Helped me replace a hard-to-get tire in a very short amount of time. Easy and painless.

In response to Victor's reply to my Yelp review. Now Victor claims he torqued the lug nuts to 100lbs and not the 150 spec dictated by Ford. And Victor further claims that the reason I heard the torque wrench click was because it was at 100lbs. This is NOT TRUE. I saw with my own eyes the tech set his torque wrench to 150 ft lbs. But let's say Victor is correct - which he is not. Then he used a non-factory torque setting after I specified setting it to the factory spec. Victor loses not matter which way you look at it.
Victor claims there is nothing he can do to make me happy. That's right. How you make someone happy when you operate against company specs and you have the ability to do otherwise.
Victor asks why I didn't mention my problem at the time. This is because the previous time I interacted with Victor on a different matter I wanted nothing more to do with him. I just wanted to come in and get a quick patch on a tire and get out of there. it's that simple.
Notice that Victor keeps adding additional info from his original reply. Every time he gets trapped by his own argument he changes his story. My story has remained consistent and never changed.

I go to Five Points Tire Importd for everything that my car needs. The staff is friendly and take the time to inform me on what my car needs. I have been going to Five Points Tire Imports since it opened and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there.

Been coming here a long time, but we are done. Feels like every time you go in for service, they just want you to go away. I'm not sure what has happened, but everyone seems disgruntled there. Maybe it has something to do with the woman working the desk/phones who is beyond a bitter human being. Rude, condescending, curt. Very sad as Viktor has always done good work for us. It was a good run, and I hope this place finds its footing again.
