He came by yesterday on the way to his son in law's graduation! Can u believe that? He's coming again today to finish the job. He's a kind man and really know his work!

If I could give this no stars I would. I called on a Thursday, Howard said he would come on Friday 4pm and never returned any of my multiple calls or texts. This was for a rental property that needed servicing asap as we had someone checking in & he knew that. Once I texted him that I had to go with someone else bc of the lack of response, he replied back "okay" out of the blue. No explanation & no apology. Completely unprofessional & unreliable.

Little black ants have basically formed one giant nest in Los Angeles, and they had invaded my home in search of food and water. Called Five Star Pest Control, and Howard sprayed just the outside of my home (per my request). He also gave me a few discrete ant traps to put inside. Within a few days, all the ants were gone. It has only been a few weeks, but thus far, no new ants. This will undoubtedly be an annual call, but I can sleep soundly knowing I won't wake up to a trail anytime in the near future.

They responded quickly to the request and managed to take care of removing a swarm of bees efficiently and thoroughly. A little pricier than other estimates, but they were so thorough that I felt it was worth the price.

I have rodents in my raised foundation "cellar". Howard came through next day, with a 'honestly helpful neighbor' energy to him. He recommended I save money, buy and set traps myself, given that I'm comfortable disposing catches. Howard collected a very reasonable fee for the time, said call him if anything goes awry. He even gave me a free trap to get started. I bought the rest off Amazon.

First experience calling pest control services, and it was a great one.

If you easily get creeped out by strangers in your house, this is the company for you. Howard is such a low key, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. He's like having your uncle over to exterminate. He came once to spray for fleas, one treatment and they were eradicated. Today he came to spray for roaches and I spilled some water I was drinking and the man just grabbed the paper towels off the counter and cleaned the spill himself! What a guy. Honestly. I don't want to be creepy myself but... I love him??!

Howard is super nice. We have a rat infestation at our house and the traps were not catching any rats while the baits were eaten. I called Howard on a Tuesday and he agreed to come out the next day to take a look. After inspecting the property and seeing the existing traps, instead of trying to sell us on an expensive treatment plan, he pointed out the things we could've done ourselves to both stop the rats from coming inside the house and catch them. One of his suggestions was to use a better trap. He even gave us two for free to start off with! Howard didn't charge us for the initial inspection and just told us that we can contact him anytime if we still have rat problems after implementing his suggestions.
I'd recommend Howard to anyone who is looking for pest control. He is honest and very customer oriented. You'll be in good hands. :)

Howard was great! He was on time, very pleasant and responsive to my needs. He helped us find a solution tailored to our problem while not using harsh chemicals in the parts of our home where our newborn and pets stay. He also gave us a 30 day warranty, but I haven't needed to use it. I think this is the first time I have hired an exterminator that did such a great job that that a second treatment wasn't required. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I contacted Howard for services for two units at the building I manage. At first he was professional and responsive in regards to scheduling. I left cash on-site and both units open. I called him several times to discuss the service there after and he refused to answer or respond to my calls and text. I went on-site and the cash was removed with no confirmation that services were completed or when completed, so that I could let my tenant know when it was safe to return to the unit.there were also live roaches when I did return to the building to check the unit. I will definitely not be using his services again!
