Fix It Quick Plumbing

I recently discovered that the vent from my water heater had become disconnected, releasing carbon monoxide into my garage. I called Fix It Quick, and Tino came out to take a look. He was respectful, extremely professional, and provided both a budget-friendly short-term solution and a more robust long-term fix. He even handled an unrelated quick repair on his way out. I felt comfortable with his approach and decided to go with their long-term recommendation.

Tino and Jose came back the next day to install a new vent with an output on the roof, and they cut the old vent, which made the garage look much cleaner. They're super friendly, professional, and do excellent work. I highly recommend them and will keep their number as my go-to for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

I found that I had two back-to-back plumbing problems, from my under-sink water faucets, and then later my pressure valves in the the house and on the water heater as soon as LADWP turned the water on. As you know, when something strikes, you want it fixed quickly and without getting taken to the bank.

I ended up with a quick response from their dispatch, who on both occasions sent out Phil. In both cases, he was able to do the work with minimal supervision and was quite honest with the assessment so that the whole house didn't end up with devastating water damage. Phil also assessed the house and plumbing as I was going through renovations and laid out the facts about the home's plumbing, issues that I could fix now or later, and what my options were. He also knew how the homes were built in the valley, which was super helpful so that I could assess it for myself later on. Regardless, Phil did a great job and was easy to reach, cost-effective and responsive. I am very satisfied with their service, emailing, invoicing, and receipt process that is straight forward.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Quick Fix Plumbing when my garbage disposal stopped working. Tino, the technician, arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly, even winning over my pitbull, who typically doesn't warm up to strangers. He carefully explained my options, either trying to fix the unit or replacing it, which I greatly appreciated. Within just five minutes, Tino had the disposal up and running again! What impressed me most was his honesty--he could have easily recommended a new disposal, but instead, he reset it. He also provided useful tips on what not to put at my disposal, saving me from future issues. The cost was a very reasonable $99, especially compared to the hundreds I could have spent on a replacement. While I hope I won't need plumbing services soon, I will choose Quick Fix Plumbing for any future needs!

Very helpful. I called 'after hours' and they came within an hour to snake a clogged drain. They worked quickly, were very clean and courteous and left us with a kitchen sink we could use again!

Everything! They came out quickly, we're so nice, explained everything that needed to be done. Did not pressure me into doing an extended clean out which I did . H said I could wait until it happened again. but I decided to clean it thoroughly today! I absolutely recommend this company they couldn't have been nicer came back and brought high-powered vacuum to clean out all my pipes. Worth every penny I had had my home warranty come and they did it with a little snake in the sink compared to them who did the proper cleaning of my drains.
