Tony was great. He is very honest and won't give you a lot of BS. As others have mentioned he wasn't the lowest bid but his reviews speak for themselves.

My hardwood floors look as good as new and this is really saying something. The previous tenant had a dog and the floors were scratched up all over the place. Now, they look great.

I also appreciate that Tony was willing to come back after the job was done to do a few minor touch ups. He could have said no and said that sometimes refinishing floors will have some little bumps or what not, but he came right over and touched up a couple of minor details.

Something else I really appreciated was the care and concern he had for making sure the floors stay nice. Much to my delight he put little pads on the bottom of my furniture, such as chairs and table to ensure that they don't scratch the floor. He also told me I should get a rug for my rolling chair at my desk setup. Little things like that really make a difference because they tell you that the person cares; and Tony definitely cares.

I am very happy.

Word of the wise if this is the first time you are going to have your hardwood floors refinished, be okay with the baseboards having some minor damage. As Tony explained to me, it's somewhat inevitable unless you want to not refinish the edges of the floor. Small price to pay for picture perfect floors that make me feel like a million bucks.

Tony did a great job. We had some water damage to the floor in one bedroom, so decided to have it repaired and then have the floors in all three bedroom refinished. The floors hadn't been touched in 69 years.

Tony and his crew were on time, were fast, and did excellent quality work. When they were done, there was no dust anywhere to be found. He was also the least expensive of the three quotes I got.

I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I do not leave reviews often, but I absolutely HAD to for Tony. My hardwood floors were refinished by Tony and team and I'm thrilled with the results. The guys were professional, attentive to detail, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations, by a lot. (I am very knit picky... so it is rare my experiences are exceeded.) We had Thinh do our entire downstairs with new wood floors. He was amazing from start to finish and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Upfront he provided great and honest advice - even recommending cheaper solutions if he felt that was the best option. We are grateful we took all of his advice.

The quality of the work is outstanding - with amazing attention to detail. And he finished on time and was helpful and protective through out. Also a very easy guy to work with.

Five stars on yelp doesn't really do him justice. I would give him 6. We will also use him for upstairs in the next couple of months and am actually looking forward to it!!

Tony and his team did a wonderful and fast job replacing the carpeting in two bedrooms of our apartment to match existing wood flooring in the rest of the apartment. Tony was extremely communicative, meeting in person for a quote and then communicating consistently before and during the job. He took the extra care to make sure everything was done to our needs, and even added glue to existing wood floorboards that he saw were coming loose, even though it wasn't included in the job. Tony did an AMAZING job on our floors. Other owners in our building were told by a different floor person that the floors are too thin to refinish and that it cannot be done. That person was wrong.

Tony was able to refinish our original wood floors, replace pieces seamlessly, and restore the finish to the original look. We also had some wood boards that were coming up and he replaced those too. They completed the job in 3 full days! Please note we had no furnishings in so it likely took less time. I loved my experience because Tony is on site the entire time and doing the job so what he discusses with you will be executed exactly as you requested. Highly recommend!

I have an old house in Sausalito which had a roof leak. I got a new roof, but the 70+ year old oak floor was ruined. I approached a few local 'experts' and they all said it would be impossible to match that old wood. I almost gave up and then I met Tony. A true master of his craft.
He matched the wood perfectly. I'm still studying it to this day.. trying to spot where he worked. Incredible!.
