Highly recommend these folks. Jose was a seasoned pro and he got our dryer issue diagnosed and fixed up and made the experience easy fun. Super nice guy, too! FixEm was a pleasure to do business with.

I had a problem with my washing machine and was impressed by the reviews of FixEm Appliance Repair. I called and made an appointment, but ended up canceling. Called the next day and was able to get an appointment the same day !!
Jose was my technician , he arrived right on time, and is very knowledgeable about my machine. He was able to find the issue with the information I gave him. He gave me a bid for the repair.
I am very pleased with this company and will surely use them again for any further problems

Used Fixem to repair my broken Bosch dishwasher. Excellent service. The technician, Jose was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, charged a fair price, and give me some tips to extend the life of the machine. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them highly.

My Maytag Neptune gas dryer stopped heating. Jose came out to troubleshoot and he spent quite a bit of time on it. It turns out the motherboard failed and he said replacements aren't available. He was apologetic. (He said I could try eBay for one, but I don't want to roll the dice on that and I'd still need to get it installed.) He was super good to deal with.

We had a problem with our appliance, and we called out this repair company. Jose was our technician and quickly identified the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had the parts with him. He fixed the issue, explained the cause of the problem, and how to avoid another occurrence in the future. Jose was a pleasure to do business with and we had a great experience with his service. Next time we have any appliance issues I will call asking for him.

Very responsive. Had them out for dyer repair. Jose was awesome. Very professional, competent and personable. He had to order a part and returned a few days later. He kept me apprised of his schedule.

This is the first time we needed our LG washer repaired.
Jose D is wonderful- experienced skilled technician, very professional and cordial. Five stars for Jose's customer service***** After running diagnostics he informed us that we would need to replace the valve log, which he ordered for us, and returned a couple weeks later to install the replacement. If we ever need another appliance repaired, we will definitely call FixEm/Jose D.

Needed repair on a 30 year old Maytag dryer.
Jose came out and even had the parts in his truck.
The guy knew what he was doing, did the repair quickly.

Anna in the office was efficient and friendly. Jose called ahead to tell me his arrival time. He was also friendly and well-focused. He figured out what was wrong and explained everything clearly as he went along. I'm calling this place again, for sure. Jose was amazing!!! He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer and immediately ordered my new part for me!!
