FixItPro is very reliable, I sent a request through Yelp, and they answered right at way. The technician showed up at my home the next day to repair the dishwasher. He explained what the problem was, gave me an estimate, and proceeded to fix it. Their prices are very competitive. Look no more. This is the perfect business to do all your appliances repairs. Alex came to fix our squeaky dryer. He actually showed up in the time slot he said he would (which I feel is rare these days) and was very efficient. He showed us the parts that needed repair, and throughly explained what needed to be done.

He didn't leave a mess behind, which is really nice since I have three little children. He wore shoe covers so he wouldn't track dirt all over the floor, and cleaned up nicely behind when he was finished.

Our dryer actually works for the first time since we moved in. It's wonderful! I will definitely be using for all future appliances repairs.

I highly recommend FixitPro. I initially messaged them on Yelp to service my washing machine ( machine had been intermittently working, then stopped working altogether). They messaged me back right away and Alex was actually able to come by and diagnose the problem the same day. He ordered the part that was needed and came back two days later with the part and it has been working great ever since. He was nice and knowledgeable and I would definitely use FixitPro again.

I called a day before and the service guy came the next day. He was punctual and able to fixed my fridge ( water not dispensing) immediately. Price is reasonable and would recommend their service.

Requested service one morning and they are were able to come out the same day. Fixed the belt that was broken in our dryer and even found something else wrong with the dryer and fixed it at no extra charge. Went above and beyond in my opinion. Prices were fair and competitive compared to others service providers. Very professional and cleaned up our machine very well. 10/10 would recommend again and again.

I asked Alex to come by to diagnose my Samsung Washer as it was leaking. He came by within a day, on time, looked at it and found the problem. His diagnostic was $50 which is a reasonable price for the area. He gave me a quote for replacement parts and labor on the spot which I appreciated.

Great experience with this business, happy to recommend. I have had them out to repair several appliances and each experience has been wonderful, the technician is on time, evalutes the problem quickly and correctly, and takes care of the problem. On one washihng machine, he even told me that it was not worth repairing and I replaced it with a new one for the same money I would have spent on fixing the old one. Very happy with the service and will continue to use them on all of my projects.
