FixWell Appliance Repair did a great job fixing my dryer. The vent needed cleaning. They were responsive and able to get my repair scheduled the next day. They came out on time and finished the job quickly. The dryer has been working great since he came out.

Turns out, FixWell was not at fault, my Home Warranty Company (Select - Stay away from them) were scheming.
Dan was very cooperative and worked with me diligently to correct the situation. This says a lot about their professionalism and their strife to earn 5 stars from every customer. They definitely earned mine.

My refrigerator was hot in certain places. I called and an appointment was made and kept.

My dishwasher stopped draining. I got in touch with FixWell through my homeowner's warranty program. FixWell is OUTSTANDING. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and nice. The installer was amazing. he actually had the required water pump and fixed the dishwasher with just one visit. This guy knew EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. My dishwasher was fixed 24 hours after it broke. 24 HOURS!!! Bravo, FixWell!!!!!

sean c.American Canyon, CA029May 24, 2024I called Fixwell on Friday and morning and Dan was able to schedule me for the same day for my dryer, he diagnosed the dryer pretty quickly and replaced the broken pulley wheel for a very reasonable price, many companies wanted to charge more because the dryer is stacked, but not Dan. I will use them again.

Responsive, efficient service, reasonable price. Dan figured out what the problem was quickly, gave me a reasonable price, took my dryer apart and replaced the necessary part which he had in his stock.
