Flawless Pool Services

Flawless Pools has revived my pool like no others. I can't say enough about them! They are excellent!

Our pool was a mess when we found Flawless Pools.

My last pool service guy kept trying to upsale us for a new filter system and pump. Other pool services would be limited on what they could/would do.

When Von came out and saw our pool, he knew exactly what to do to bring it back to life.

One of the first things he did was clean the filter. I don't think our filter has been cleaned in years. (Why no one else figured that out is beyond me.) What a difference it made. And their water treatment is amazing. We've had crystal clear (like glass) water ever since.

Von is the young man who cares for my pool. He is very knowledgeable and explaines what he's doing anytime I ask. He is honest and very respectful. He explaines the prices up front so there are no suprises.

He's very reliable and will let you know of any schedule change.

We've had our pool for over 20 years and I have to say David (the owner) and Von are the best we've had over the years.

Also, it is refreshing to have someone come onboard that actually knows how to fix problems that arise and not try to sell you something you don't need. They will work with what you have, educate you on what you can do improve your pool and offer you that service if you don't want or can't do it yourself.

They have saved me alot of money with their service.

Their prices are very reasonable, actually better than most.

I highly recommend Flawless Pools for your pool care. They are simply the best!

Updated since David has finally responded to my texts and calls. This would be three and a half stars if I could do it.

I am disappointed to say that the communication I've received from this company has not been great.

While I appreciated the affordable rate for the pool service, I found out later they had not been vacuuming the entire month they had been servicing the pool ("because they weren't sure if it worked"). The owner says he never got the code to our gate that I gave him. Then the maintenance person didn't service the pool, did not call me when he could not get in a couple weeks ago. Pool turned green. Clearly the service person did not have my number and/or didn't have time to complete the service, and my pool turned green after not being serviced for a week.

I asked them to fix the problem and they didn't respond for multiple days until I left this review which has since been updated based on what is written below, so I was left to assume they were giving up. I come to find out three days after the fact that they went by to add chemicals.

In comparison I asked another pool company to go by and they immediately responded after going by the next as to what they noticed needed servicing with the equipment etc.

This is an honest review with a situation that could be avoided with more clear and prompt communication.

Shout out to Dave for quick response time and service. I'd reached out to multiple people trying to get help with our pool vacuum with little response. Got ahold of Dave and he came out the next day (he services west sac on Thursdays), figured out our issues and had us up and running again. Chill dude - will definitely reach out again when we need help.

Flawless team has been servicing my pool for over 2 years now, and I've been able to count on them to show up more consistent than the mail man! After the recent storms my pump had seized, they notified me and gave me a few options along with what they recommended. This gave me time to shop around and I was able to fact check everything they told me, and they also had the best price. By the end of the week, they had installed an upgraded pump and my pool is running better than ever. Thanks flawless team!

Great pool service, takes care of the chemicals, cleaning out the leaves, and filter maintenance. He's reliable, friendly, and provides all his services at a fair price. I would highly recommend there services.

Part of being a first time pool owner is the dreaded thought of having to maintain and upkeep it. With life being hectic, I just didn't have time. Cue to the intro to David. I found Flawless Pool Services on Yelp and requested a quote on a whim. I had 1000 questions for David (the owner). David answered all of them that night and made sure I felt at ease.

Well, it's been a month. My pool looks badass. HUGE shoutout to Michael, who services my pool every week. He always answers all my questions and educates me about pool maintenance along the way. He's just a great guy. Somebody I'd hang out with.

Through Yelp I contacted Dave in a panic over our pool chemistry. Charlie came the next morning, tested and diagnosed the problem and got the sump pump going to drain off some water. He and Dave came back several hours later to rebalance the chemicals so we are good to go now! Dave was so responsive and Charlie explained things in way that I could understand. They answered all our questions. It is clear they definitely know their stuff! Love these guys!

David came out to Cameron Park, outside of his service area to perform a pool inspection for me. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He showed me how to clean the pool's sand filtration system and let me know you don't need to open the container unless you're cleaning the sand or replacing it every 5 years or so. He went over the pool's chemistry and checked out the pool lights as well. We chatted extensively about pool ownership and he gave me some great tips. I appreciated his honesty with the condition of the pool. I would recommend him for pool inspections.

Dave and his team were exceptional and even came out to perform service during a rain storm. Price was affordable for sand filter change and his team cleaned up after themselves even rolling the sand bin out to the curb. Nice to see there's still customer focused businesses out there.
