I am very disappointed in this company. My husband and I have reached out to them 3 times. We called 2 times and left messages with no response. In hopes to speak with a representative we requested a quote through Yelp, and the only response we got was along the lines of, we don't do quotes through Yelp please call our office.
We have heard great reviews from our vet having customers who used this company and had good results. At this point I'm not sure how they were even able to speak with anyone to get an appointment... I guess we will try a different company to take care of our flea problem.
I would recommend going to a different company since this one doesnt seem to be in business or even anyone answering their phones.

The fact that it is not a poison based treatment was appealing to me but it turned out it was a bad choice.

As someone else mentioned, do not count on the guarantee service they lure you in with. Because the flea lifecycle is 6 weeks, they will do NOTHING until you hit the 6th week mark. They couldn't care less about your situation. The woman on the phone would yell at you. "Well, you're gonna get bites. You have to wait for 6 weeks!! Spray some repellant on yourself!"

During that 6 weeks, your pet will be taken over by the fleas despite the oral and topical medication that were given by the vet. During that 6 weeks, you and your family members will get bites all over. If you are allergic to any insect bites, you might end up in a hospital. Fleabusters might work as a prevention method, but not if your pet and house are already infested with fleas.

Think about how this sounds; keep medicating your pet and yourself while the house is still infested with fleas. Do that for 6 weeks and see what happens to your pet and your skin.

      Cannot possibly recommend this service.

time will tell if their application will get rid of the fleas but the fact that they have a 1 year guarantee gives me a lot of confidence that even if they come back, that fleabusters will be here to help us out.

but my experience with them was great. my rep joel was a nice guy, explained what was going to happen very well and i'd have to say he really understands the methodology of getting rid of the fleas which also gives me confidence.

      he was on time
      the price seemed fair
      he did the application quick
      he was really thorough

      would definitely recommend

I just had a terrible experience with fleabusters. To make a long story short, I spent $355 on the service, waiting for 100 days, still got a lot of bites even yesterday. Calling their service is really a waste of time and money.

Having flea is a nightmare, and fleabuster made the nightmare lasting longer.

Worse still, they broke my furniture during the service about a month ago. I tried to call them more than 5 times, they still didn't pay for my broken bed.

They claimed they will have a money back guarantee. Don't trust it. They will keep telling you that they will discuss it with boss and come back to you. But they never come back. What can I do.

I called them at the end of July. They came around Aug 10 for the first service. After the service, they told me that it should took 6 weeks to remove flea completely, so they won't do any retreatment within 6 weeks. On the 3th week and 4th week, it is much better. But on the 5th and 6th week, there were fleas showed up.

Waiting until the end of 6th week, around the end of September, I called fleabuster again they arranged retreatment on Oct. 8. During the treatment, the service guy tried to move my bed with brute force. I kept telling him hold on don't do it that way. But he didn't listen to me. He broke my bed immediately. He tried to slide a heavy bed on the carpet, it is out of common sense.

It has been a month from the second treatment. I still got bites everyday. And I kept calling them about the broken bed. Each time they will say they need to ask boss and boss will come back to me. But they never.

I waited 2 weeks for each treatment and After each treatment, I have to wait for 6 weeks for the next one. so in total I waited 14 weeks which is 100 days.I made this mistake because I trusted them. However, they are neither effective nor honest.

Don't make the same mistake as I did.

      These guys are LIFESAVERS!

We adopted a kitten who came with fleas (unbeknownst to us). Not long after, our other cat got fleas, and soon after, our entire apartment was infested! It was so bad, they were attacking me! After several unsuccessful flea medication rounds (and hundreds of dollars later), we were nowhere closer to resolving the problem. We were desperate. So, we found Fleabusters online and had them come in.

The gentleman that came by to spray our place was very helpful, quick and professional. The entier process was easy - we had to move a few small pieces of furniture to make way, but after the spraying was done, we moved everything back, and everything was dry in a day. The best part, the spray is nontoxic, so we could let our cats out after he was finished.

The result was amazing! The bugs were gone within days! It's been almost 2 years since we've had these guys come in, and we're still bug-free. I'm thinking about buying the spray, since we have some ferral cats in the backyard and I want to make sure to maintain order and keep the fleas at bay. I truly couldn't be happier with the Fleabusters service.

i am too tired from being under flea siege for the past month to write much, except that FLEABUSTERS WORKS. (i know allcaps is rude in typing, but if you'd been through what i went through you'd be hitting the capslock too).

i have a dog and a cat and, for awhile, a flea problem. i tried everyyyyything else but nothing worked. i felt defeated, resigned to a life of unsightly flea bites and emotional distress. then fleabusters came along, deus ex machina style, and lifted me from my despair. it is completely nontoxic (humans and pets can stay in the home during application), and it actually gets rid of the fleas. it even comes with a one year guarantee. because i was so exhausted from fighting countless losing battles with the fleas, i paid for the fleabuster people to come and treat my house ($245 well spent). however, if you are only at the beginning of your war and still have some energy left, you can purchase a tub of the magical powder from their website for only $40 and apply it yourself.

if you have any questions please feel free to message me. i know how draining persistent flea infestation can be. to anyone reading this, good luck, and call fleabusters!!!

I never thought we would have fleas... after all, it only happens to other people, right? And in the past five years where we had cats, we never had a flea problem, nor seen a flea...

Unfortunately, all that changed when we moved into a rental while our house was being remodeled. Turns out that the previous tenant had a couple of dogs and cats. Not only that, but the owner of the house, who also lives in the main part of the house, has 2 dogs, and 17 cats (feral cats that are rescued). I knew something was wrong when I started noticing red marks around my ankles but never put it together until one day I saw a flea on me! I told my family about it but no one claimed to have a problem but me....

It got to a point that everyday I getting flea bites, and even our cat, who would normally walk on the carpet, would come in through the front door, jumped on the furniture, and moved around the apartment strictly on furniture in order to avoid touching the carpet... things got so bad that I would go to the toilet a few times a day, then shake pants over it and see how many fleas I can dislodge... the record was five fleas in one shake!

At this point, we decided to try some of the flea spray from the pet stores.. very expensive and wasn't that effective as fleas soon came back in larger numbers. I did learn later that I wasn't doing it right (you have to vacuum the rugs first in order to cause more fleas to hatch from any eggs in the carpet or furniture before you spray.

Finally, I came across something online called Fleabusters. The online reviews were mixed and I wasn't sure what to make of it. In case anyone is wondering, you can find the reviews for the Fleabusters powder online at Amazon. I decided to give them a try as I was tired of fleas, fleas and more fleas. I also decided that I wanted someone knowledgeable to apply it and not take chances.

I gave them a call and I think it was Rhonda that I spoke with. She asked about the size of the apartment, furniture, flooring type, and gave me a quote (250ish is what I could remember). She told me about moving furniture away from the walls (for access for spraying) and vacuuming the carpet. We set an appointment for a week out. A couple of days before the appointment, she called and confirmed the appointment.

On appointment day, the fleabusters tech came right on time. We walked the apartment together to check if everything was ready for spraying. There were some heavy furniture (not by the walls) and I helped the guy move some things out of the way (there was no way he could do it himself). He began to work and within 90 minutes was pretty much done with our 1100 sq ft apartment. He sprayed the entire carpet, the sides of the floors (carpeted or not) by the walls, under the furniture (especially the couches), removed the seat cushions and sprayed the part of the couch covered by the cushions, as well as the couches. We have a rug on top of a rug, so we lifted the top rug and he sprayed under that, then returned the rug to original location and he sprayed that... spray baby spray! die fleas die!

After he was done, he mentioned to me several things that was really really important:

      1. the initial spraying kills all the fleas that are present, but doesn't kill the ones in eggs that haven't hatched yet.

      2. you will see fleas for a few more days - these are not the same fleas from the day he was here. These are the fleas that have been hatched after that day. Once they have been hatched, they will come in contact with the flea sprayed areas and die off. Do not panic if you see fleas during this time period - have faith that this is temporary.

      3. the reason they recommend that you vacuum the carpet one day prior to their visit is to cause the conditions that agitate the fleas and flea eggs (or pupae, or something like that), to cause them to hatch or hatch early. This way, you get as many as possible to hatch and meet the spray of death on the day of the initial visit. After this explanation, I realized what I did wrong with the store bought sprays (as I didn't do this, even though the instructions said to vacuum the carpet).

      4. the spray is good for about an one year period, after which time, you should have them come back to reapply.

      5. the treated area is only good for the inside of the house. If you have fleas outside, you should treat those areas too for maximum effectiveness (we didn't do this).

My report one year later: I saw a couple of fleas the next couple of days after the initial visit, and one or two more a couple of months later, but absolutely no fleas and no more red marks around my ankle and our cat has resumed walking and lying on the carpet again.

Meanwhile, back in our renovated house, my wife just saw a flea on her this morning. Looks like we'll be getting ahead of the situation and calling in fleabusters again.

Very pleased with the professionalism of the service provider and the results. The technician knew what he was doing, and was quick and thorough. I've waited three months to write this review to ensure the results were as promised. They are. My cat has a severe flea allergy, so merely one flea bite will make him pull out his fur until he bleeds. He is completely healed now, relaxed and happy. I am not using any other form of flea control since now there's no need. Fleabusters' service is worth every penny. I had them do the house, crawl space and put nematodes in the garden. It really worked. I recommend this service highly.
