Fleet Auto Care

Fleet Auto Care was great, and they got me out of a really serious bind! Somebody tried to steal my car on a Saturday night, and I found out Sunday morning. The ignition lock cylinder (where you put in the key to start your car) was mangled so badly that I couldn't even put my key in, let alone start my car! The part had to be replaced.

After calling around I finally spoke with Muhammad. He was able to send someone out that afternoon. They even went to the auto parts store to pick up the replacement part on their way to my building. I was able to drive my car again by dinner time. They charged me a very reasonable flat rate for their work, and not only did they come to me, but they did so on a Sunday, and on a holiday weekend!

I needed all new tires on my Tesla Model Y. I drive on dirt roads a lot so they hooked me up with better tires that will last longer! The price was fair and Muhammad was easy to work with. I recommend!

Ah Oakland roads, my other tire had a slow leak but Muhammad was able to fit me into his schedule and fix it at a reasonable price in my driveway. He's also great about sharing photos to show where the tire was damaged (see attached).

Do not hesitate to use fleet auto care for your auto needs! My car has been a sitting duck for about a year. I needed a few things done but could not drive it to an auto shop because the tires were flat. I contacted Muhammad via his website message platform and he responded right away. He texted me a price and came within hours.

I needed 4 new tires and an oil change at first. He quoted me a great price all included him coming to me! Then it looked like I needed a smog check. Muhammad came back the next day after installing my new tires to personally take my car to get a smog check AND a wash! He did all this while I was at work. Very trustworthy and honest guy. He did all of the work inside my parking garage!

Terrible Communication. Does not meet schedule time frame. Called to say he'd meet me 3hrs later then still not show. Calls came 30min after appointment time to day he's late twice and then finally try to sweet talk to do it another day

The storms hit and dislodged a bunch of pot holes around Alameda - unfortunately I hit one hard on NYE causing a flat tire on my poor Tesla Model S. Mohammed was a life saver - responded quickly and came out on New Year's Day. Since it was a holiday he didn't have access to his truck - but he did what he could to troubleshoot and came out again the next day (twice) to ensure the tire was no longer leaking air at no additional fee.

Having home service is super convenient and we'll be sure to keep Mohammad's contact info handy for when my hubby needs his brakes replaced on his car.

I wish everyone was as responsive as Fleet Auto Care. I contacted Muhammad on Superbowl Sunday with a request for a tire replacement for my VW GTI. He answered all my questions and we made an appointment for Monday morning. He was on time, and had the exact replacement tire. Throughout the process he was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. The whole job took him 30 minutes, and saved me from having to sit in a cold tire shop for 2 hours. I would definitely use Fleet Auto Care again.

We recently had the pleasure of using the services of Fleet Auto Care for two cars, and we were very impressed with the wonderful level of service we received. Muhammad was not only very helpful, but he was also very knowledgeable and professional. Our cars needed maintenance work and a new battery and he was able to fix all of our issues quickly and efficiently. He even sent us photos and videos of the work that was completed! Muhammad's mobile service saved us a lot of time and hassle, and we appreciate how easy he made the process of fixing our cars.

Excellent service for a suddenly flat tire. Mohammed had my Bolt EUV tire in stock, which was shocking but such a relief. It cost $250 for the fire and to have him come out and change the tire for me right away but the alternative was to be towed by AAA to a garage that was closed and wait for the next day. It took less than 2 hours from phone call to payment. It was a rainy, dark evening and it was a relief not to have to wait for the garage to open the next day

I highly recommend Fleet Auto Care, very responsive and give you reasonable price. I needed a new tire and Muhammad answered my call right away and was above and beyond on providing service. I will recommend him with my friends.
