Flood Brothers Plumbing Los Angeles

The Flood Brothers team have helped me with plumbing issues on multiple occasions. We had a main sewer line broken and the street had to broken to be accessed. We had gotten a bid from a plumbing company and it was astronomically high. We then contacted Flood Brothers for another expert opinion and the bid came back at about 25% of the other companys quote. It became apparent that the other company misdiagnosed the problem or was trying to take advantage of us. Needless to say we gave the Flood Brothers the job and the main sewer line was fixed as we were quoted by them. Since then we have never looked into using another plumbing company as having a reliable and trustworthy plumber is extremely important.

Flood brothers also redid the plumbing throughout one of my family members house.

The Flood Brothers undoubtedly provide the best plumbing service in Los Angeles, bar none. They are consistently professional, competent, communicative and thorough. They also work quickly and provide detailed and reasonably priced assessments before you make a commitment. Flood Brothers take it a step further with flawless customer service. It rarely occurs to me to leave reviews, even when service is excellent, but after years of dealing with the headache of searching for a suitable plumber for a small business, it is such a relief to know exactly who to call. I guarantee the Flood Brothers will be able to address any plumbing related issues you experience, no matter how severe.

I requested a service call from Flood Brothers on 07/09/2024 for a recurring kitchen sink clog.

Their rep, Brandon Salinas, was helpful and went out of his way to do everything he could to resolve the issue. Although he was unable to fix the problem (building's fault, not his), he stayed nearly 5-6 hours and tried his best.

The following day, his supervisor Brendan came with him to do a follow-up and discuss an action plan.

Unfortunately, due to issues with HOA, the work was out of my price range. However, I felt their exceptional service and professionalism warranted praise.

Overall, Flood Brothers were professional, understanding and went above my expectations of how a plumbing company operates. I would happily recommend their services to friends/family.

Had Flood Bros install a smart toilet today. Tracy and Justin were great. Nice guys, easy going, explained things clearly, were respectful of our house, and had responsive follow-up over. Overall, felt good through the whole process. Top notch operation.

Giulio and Marcelo were both amazing and could not be happier with the response time and services rendered. They gave me a heads up upon arrival, came in and assessed the situation and were very upfront about pricing before anything was done. I have to point out their attention to detail when going upstairs and checking my neighbors pipes as well - truly above and beyond. They left my bathroom super clean, clog free and I will definitely be calling back should I need any services and asking specifically for Giulio and Marcelo! Thank you so much I appreciate you!!

Had them come out for a simple kitchen sink clog. The rep was nice but it felt like he was consistently upselling services. He would quote the cost and then say that it can go towards a credit for a p trap replacement. Long story short, I would not recommend this company. The clog was not fixed and the solution quoted was to break open the dry wall and replace portions of the pipe and to do another service to clear out the pipe at more than $3000. He left minor damage to the under sink cabinet and there were stains that could not be cleaned up. I had another company come in and they were able to resolve the situation more quickly and comprehensively and with no upsell. Would rate zero if I could.

I contacted Flood Brothers Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Yelp. Water was overflowing from the air gap for my dishwasher, which I knew was probably due to a clog in the hose connection with the garbage disposal. I received a very prompt response after calling and describing the problem, and was scheduled for service within a couple of hours. Brandon performed the repair in about 30 minutes and showed me the clogged hose and disposal. After reconnecting the unclogged hose and air gap and then cleaning up underneath the kitchen sink, he ran a drain test from the dishwasher. The water flowed again directly into the kitchen drain without overflowing from the air gap -- problem resolved! I was pleased with Brandon's work and the positive result. I'll probably contact Flood Brothers Plumbing again for tankless water heater maintenance and future plumbing needs.

5-star service...fantastic experience with Flood Brothers Plumbing and Philip Palencia. Reached out to them based upon their great yelp reviews to help with replacement of a gas line in my outdoor fireplace. They came out immediately to offer a free estimate/quote and had the most compelling offer. They arranged for service quickly thereafter, and showed up on time and delivered outstanding, efficient, professional service. The guys who did the work were great, and Philip was fantastic to work with.

I had a leaking faucett and contacted Flood Brothers Plumbing based on reviews. I can say it was right decision. My service technician, Ken, was great guy! He came out checked the issue, gave me a quote and got right to work. His service was friendly and he fixed it quickly. I will use them again in the future for sure!
