Not sure why the ratings are mostly this low -- we've used this place a few times and have never been given any trouble. We're glad this option exists since parking at the airport would be a lot more expensive, and we live far enough from SFO and SJC that carshare would not be the cheapest (we also have an infant so we would prefer to use our own vehicle and not have to hassle with installing the car seat in and out of someone else's vehicle in a rush). Caveat: we've never dealt with these people during a delayed flight or a cancellation, so I can't speak for how they will behave in those circumstances. To be fair, it's cheap so you get what you pay for.

Pros:
Actually cheap.
Short ride to airport (5-10 minutes) -- doesn't tack on too much time onto the commute.
A shuttle is available, and the wait is reasonably short.

Cons:
Shuttle pickup is the farthest in ground transport options out of SJC (station 11)... be prepared to walk with your luggage somewhat far.
Shuttle stop at the lot is uncovered and you might have to wait a while. Bring an umbrella in the winter.
The lot is long and the shuttle pickup is at the entrance turnstile. Again, you'll walk kinda far.
The far end of the lot is actually a second lot attached to the main lot, and is completely unlit. Bring a flashlight if you are picking up your vehicle at night and you are forced to park here due to availability.

I've used this parking lot for long term, which is cheaper & faster getting you to your terminal than the $25 per day Airport Parking.

I will be reviewing from a perspective as a mother. My daughter Simone was traveling from San Jose to Hawaii to attend a funeral for a family member from her Dad's side. She was doing her travel planning alone. The problem was that she goes to college in the bay and to park her car was the best option.

I made the three day payment online. Simone called me and updated me that they took care of everything.

When she returned, she told me as she got off the plane and called them. When she got to the baggage claim sidewalk, her shuttle was already there. VERY FAST.

I chose this option for her because she was returning late at night and I wanted to make sure she was safe. I didn't want her waiting for a taxi and the other shuttle services cost 3x more.

Plus this was very easy to do. I booked all online and my daughter told me she had a good experience.

As a parent, this was the best thing to reassure myself Simone would be fine.

Reasons I will not use this parking lot again..This parking lot is difficult to find because it has two different names on it.
The woman at the gate was awful and yelled at us because we started to turn right as there were 3 foot tall orange cones in front of the gate. Had she wanted us to drive through the gate anyway she should have directed us to it. When we returned we had to wait over 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. The shuttle that arrived had a different name on it than the place we had our reservation under, so we would have missed it had I not gone up to the driver and showed him my reservation when he was about to pull out. It would have made things so simple had he gotten out and said, "I am picking up for these two businesses." Very unsatisfactory experience.

Great location to park your vehicle and fly out of SJC. The parking lot is gated, self service and right off Coleman avenue just a few minutes from the airport. Shuttle service is frequent from the lot to airport. You call a number to get picked up. I got picked up at #9 stop just outside of terminal B. It was 9:30pm and not a lot of people in the shuttle, so the driver even made extra effort to drop everybody off at a location closest to their parking spot!

If you made the reservation online, remember to print out a hard copy. $7.95 per day and I found a $5 off coupon. Great price, convenient location, excellent shuttle service.

I made a reservation online but my flight dates changed so I needed to add two nights to the reservation. Got online to alter it myself but there's no way to add nights online, so I called the "reservation specialist" and she was the absolutely rudest customer service person I have ever spoken to. When I politely asked if I could add two nights to my reservation, she said and I quote "we can't do anything for you-you have to do it yourself online." When I explained there's no way to do this, she laughed at me and said "sorry, I can't do a thing for you-get online & figure it out". I told her i was online right now & asked if she could walk me through it & her response was "I don't know how to either, so good luck".
I am kinda in shock. I cancelled & booked at another lot.

If I could do zero I would. We waited and waited and waited some more as we watched many other companies come by for pick ups several times Impolite person on phone and probably because we had to call multiple times to evidently get their attention. Will not use again

Bargain basement service. I called when I arrived and they said there was a shuttle on the way. 20mims later, nonshttle. Us, in the cold. They lie.

Great service from beginning till end!

Pros:
- Huge, gated parking lot
- Nice location
- Easy Transactions
- Shuttle was already there waiting and ready to go; followed me to where I parked my car so I didn't have to walk (also dropped me off right at my car when I came to pick it up)
- Called the number when I landed and it took them less than 10 mins to show up! They were the one waiting for me! Lol

To whom it may concern :

I had my reservation (12 PM in and 12 PM out for 3 days ) parking near SJC airport.
We got off the flight March 7th at 11:30. It was pouring and without an umbrella but we still arranged to pick up our car on time. We also paid the shuttle bus drivers tips on both ways.
When we approaching the gate, we were told by the operator that we were 5 minutes past noon. We had to pay $3 in order to cover one extra hour. This does not make sense at all as we were already in the parking lot and it took awhile for us to get out. If it were not due to the rain and the shuttle bus driver drop us off in a different isle, we would have gotten out before noon time.

We are dismayed by this result. We will not use your services in the future.
