Flying Eagle Moving & Storage

I needed help loading furniture into a storage pod for a renovation project and found Flying Eagle on Yelp. Roman called me right back, listened to what I needed, recommended a 2-person team and explained the process including what they provide, the time minimum and fees . The team was great, except that they arrived a little early and I wasn't quite ready for them :-) , they worked hard and did a good job packing my belongings. I'm absolutely going to call them when my project is finished and my furniture come home.

Showed up at scheduled time and were very hard workers. We felt the all the shrink wrapping was not necessary but it seems to be standard practice for moving companies these days. Overall good price for our move. Would recommend.

Great moving company that I will recommend to all my friends. The guys are very professional and punctual, and I really appreciate these qualities. They work very quickly and carefully. For 8 hours, they took only four rests of 5 minutes. The guys are extremely strong and fast, while remaining careful with your things. They have a lot of packing material and you won't have to worry about your furniture. I recommend this company, you will be happy if you go with them. They make this stress free and provide a positive experience.

Wow!! This guy was so rude on the phone. He actually hung up on me!!! Terrible first impression!!

Update: this guy called me and wanted me to change my review. I asked if he was calling to apologize and he stated, NO! I did nothing wrong. I would change my review to zero stars if available.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner Roman came to our home and walked through for our quote. Assured us we could have it done in a certain time frame, and all would be well. He was so nice, I trusted his word as he is the one who owns this business.
In our 25 years of military and 11 professional moves never have we ever encountered such dissatisfaction and flat out disrespect with any moving company.
When the moving day came, it was a very different story from the initial walk through. His workers Joe, Ihor and Carl took over 12 hours on the first day to pack an already boxed & packed house. All that was left before they came was to disassemble the furniture. They were very slow, unorganized, and very unprofessional in their demeanor. They were unable to professionally utilize their own truck space. At the end of 12 hours 1/3 of our items were unpacked and we were asked "do you really need to take the rest of this stuff?" Gesturing to the rest of our personal belongings and valuables. They complained multiple times about work and fought amongst themselves often. Their plan was to unload and reassemble our furniture with 2 of the 3 employees, they decided to have the one person who would not be joining the unload at the new location perform all of the furniture dismantle. Once on location, no one knew how to put our furniture back together and we were told to "google it" with a shrug. We were then charged over 2k from the initial walk through quote which we were assured was "accurate" from the owner himself.
I will not even elaborate on the damages they denied and neglected to rectify. I wouldn't recommend them, ever.

While Bruce did a good job we were not thrilled with the fact that a big chip was taken out of our brand new wall and Roman told me that I needed to have opted-in to a $100 insurance policy in case of damage for it to be repaired by them. Then an additional $40 charge to pay by credit card.

It was nice that they took apart and reassembled our furniture but there were dents and scratches left from a lack of good packing.

Will not be using again.

I was looking for a moving company and selected another company. Roman kept texting and calling. He sent a screen shot of my personal information to me via text without confirming my identity first. It was very unprofessional. Your personal information is not safe with this company. He did Not stop texting after I said STOP and you do not have permission to text this number. Go with a company that protects your information.

Excellent move with Jeff and Igor. They were here at the top of our agreed upon arrival window, and wasted no time getting started. That was great because we got a solid early start on the day when other companies weren't available until the afternoon or a long unclear arrival window.
They packed everything into the truck with care, and were very respectful of our home. They were also great with an unexpected less-than-ideal parking situation on the back end.
If you're sitting through quotes like I was, book these guys! We highly recommend them.

I used Flying Eagle at the beginning of Feb, posted a 5 stars review and somehow...it's not here. Computer issues, I don't know. Anyways I have to make sure everyone knows that these guys are great. Very profesional, hard workers and honest. I was fortunate to employ their services and a few months down the road, my daughter use them also. I would do it again anytime. Roman and Igor worked great together and were very efficient.

Fantastic movers!

Jeff and Igor arrived on time, worked hard through hot weather, and conducted a complicated move under less than ideal circumstances with speed, efficiency, and care. Neither furniture, nor home, nor delicates were injured in the move, and I thoroughly recommend their services. Flying Eagle has run my last three consecutive moves, and when I am ready to pack up again, they'll help me move then too.

WOW! These guys work incredibly hard! We moved our two story almost 3800 square foot house 30 minutes south to another area of San Diego, and these guys worked non stop!

They were extremely efficient in wrapping all of our furniture with shrink wrap and blankets. I am very particular, and they took better care of our property than we do!

We chose to hire the two man team, one large truck, 3 hour minimum. It ended up being about 8 hours total loading, travel time, and unloading. They also offered us wardrobe boxes which was so incredibly helpful.

Not only did these guys work so incredibly hard, but they were the most upbeat and professional crew! I also want to mention how impressed we were at how quickly the owner Roman responded back to us with request for quote. That meant a lot, and helped us decided to go with them!

After about a week in the house, I had noticed that our new guest bedroom bed was a little bit tilted. I didn't want to be a bother, but I decided to call the company and politely ask if they could return to our home to readjust the bed frame to make it more secure. The owner Roman was incredibly polite and offered to come over within the hour to repair it!

I am so blown away at their professionalism and customer service! You must use this company for any and all of your moving needs! Thank you again for all of your hard work! We will definitely use them in the future and wish them all the success in the world!
