I needed something for walking that would also be acceptable for going out in the evening. (France trip coming up . . . and you never want to stick out in France!)

The shoes I ordered for pick up were out of stock, but they quickly shipped a set from the factory to my door, they even arrived sooner than expected. Footprint has amazing and reactive customer service, 100% will shop again

Cindy, the store manager was so helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I happily purchased 2 pair of shoes- 1 pair of Birkenstock Boston Suede leather clogs in cream color & 1 pair of Blundstone classic 558 Chelsea boots in black color. So happy with them. I will return again soon. This store has so many popular brands.

Mike is awesome!

I needed to order a bunch of north face jackets and north face themself didn't have a single one in the sizes I needed but Mike did! Same goes for uggs, when I needed a specific pair in size and color and uggs didn't have it but Mike did. I've ordered for myself and my family, as well as for my work - Footprint is a one stop shop for me!

I've come to realize, I just go to Mike first before anywhere else cause he has everything! His wide selection of apparel and shoes makes it so efficient and easy to shop. There hasn't been a single item that I inquired about that Mike didn't have or couldn't get.

Mike and his team makes my shopping experience so easy and fast and I never have to worry about anything.

I found a footprint pop-up at Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo this holiday season. It was a day or two before Christmas and I was frantic trying to find last minute gifts. In fact the entire mall and everyone in it was Frantic. I was getting really stressed out.. until I stumbled in to the footprint pop up.
Even with all the holiday rush and madness I was given such good customer service I ended up buying 5 pairs of ugg slippers. They had uggs for the whole family in every style and color. Can't go wrong! What a relief. I think Mike helped me and he was fantastic.
Christmas gift panic defused thanks to footprint.
It's a small business and I love supporting small sr businesses. I didn't even wrap my uggs, I just used the footprint bag. That way my family will know we supported a small business.
I can't wait to visit the location in SF.

It was an unexpected pleasant surprise, stumbling upon Footprint in SF! Their top-notch service, friendly staff ran by Mike and his family was just superb. They made us feel extremely welcomed and made a great first impression.

Our shopping experience was extremely memorable and we can't wait to return for some more shopping. They had a great variety of footwear and apparel, such as Birkenstocks, New Balance, On Running and many other brands.

Why was my experience so memorable you ask? First I was greeted with free Boba as they held a special back to school event for all ages. Next, the service was genuine (real people with real smiles). Lastly, they had spin the wheel game with lots of free prices! My husband won a pair of free socks and I won the grand prize a pair of niner tickets. I'm beyond ecstatic and thankful for stumbling across this gem.

Terrible service. Bought a pair of Uggs and had to return because they were the wrong size and they said they had been worn. She tried them on and walked around the room. I returned and they said they couldn't give money back because they were worn. They never answered my chat and they finally answered and informed me they answered by email. I had to dig to find it and they said they were disposing of the shoes. BEWARE! Do not buy unless you are 100 percent sure you want need to exchange or return. Terrible customer service of ripping people off! 134.00 down the drain!
