Michele, you did a great and fast waxing job. 20 minutes for a back and shoulder wax without any stray hair left behind is pretty impressive in my book. After Michele I saw Bianca for great deep tissue massage. She surely knows how to find my knots. If you're looking for a good quality service, don't look any further.

Erica was amazing. I went in for a brazillian wax and ended up booking a facial several days later. She made me feel at ease and although I've never had a facial before I'm hooked. Was so amazing and relaxing I'm now I can't wait to have another one!

Excellent vibes and atmosphere. The owner Bianca was super friendly and down to earth. Very welcoming place.

I had the rainy day off and was in town and wanted to get a last minute eyebrow & lip wax. I made my appointment the night before. I was greeted by Crystal and felt well taken care of. She made getting the wax nice and relaxing, it was like talking to a familiar friend. This is a cute little spa and I would come here again! Also, they require proof of Covid 19 vaccination right now (Dec. 2021) to get any services which made me feel safer.

I've been regularly going to Maria since 2019 for Brazilian waxing. So it's high time I leave her a review.

She is meticulous in her attention to detail, she will find and remove that last stray hair for results that you want to show off in bikini bottoms. And if you are prone to ingrown hairs, Maria has got a treatment regimen that will clear things up quickly. Oh, and I would be doing readers a disservice if I did not mention that Maria has a lovely beside-manner. Which is really appreciated when getting services that have the potential to be slightly awkward, like Brazilian waxing, at least at first :).

I've also had the privilege of her doing my facials, brow waxing and lash lifting. Her knowledge of skin care and cosmetic treatments impresses me, so she is one of the few people besides my dermatologist that I trust to work on my skin.

Her steady and gentle hands make things like her facial massages absolute bliss. Her talent for lash lifting gets me a gorgeous curl that flatters my face and lasts for many weeks.

Forest Spa has always been hyper aware of sanitation, so it is no surprise that during these times, this is a place where I feel safe and comfortable.

If you are in need of some self care, a facial or a massage, this is definitely the place.

I've been getting waxed here for years, Bianca is so quick and she always makes sure I'm comfortable. I recently branched out and went to Maria for a lash lift. I'm blown away by the difference it makes to my eyes. I never wanted fake as I feel they don't look natural enough, the lash lift was perfect. She's so gentle and the procedure is very relaxing. It's now a recurring appointment :-).

Always a great facial. Best high quality products for your precious skin. Peel and extractions are the most intense parts of the facial and then everything else is relaxing. Massage of a lifetime with lotion that works into the skin perfectly without leaving you oily. It was so peaceful and exactly what I needed for a skin reset.

I am pleased to say that 5 years later, this rating holds up entirely! I've seen Bianca for facials for years now. She's incredible! Each time I go, I feel completely recharged and my skin looks beautiful. She does an excellent job of tailoring treatments to skin type, and even her extractions are totally bearable. I also, as always, really dig the extra massage, it's so nice to feel pampered in these crazy times. I'm sad to say that our family is moving out of the Bay Area, and I will definitely miss my appointments with Bianca, but I'll be sure to make seeing her a priority when I'm back in town.
