We had our foundation repair done with Foundation Solutions recently. We worked with Kyle as the project manager. He was very nice and patient in explaining everything to us before the project began. He took care of the engineering draft, the city permit, and etc. He kept us in the loop with everything. Once the project started, Humberto reached out to us and introduced himself and kept us informed with the tasks. He is also very nice and hardworking; so was his team on site. The work was done in about a week and they cleaned up everything nicely. I highly recommend Foundation Solutions and their team of good people!

We were so overwhelmed at the prospect of having to fix our foundation issues in our new house. After many phone calls, research and anxiety attacks, we decided to go with Foundation Solutions on the recommendation of our wonderful structural engineer Kelvin Tam. They did not disappoint. Kyle, Colin, Jason and the crew were fantastic. Kyle was a wonderful, communicative, kind PM - always keeping us up to date, letting me air my worries nonstop with an empathetic ear, etc.. Colin was also fantastic as well. There cannot be enough good things said about Jason and the crew - they got the job done, were efficient, tidy, hilarious and really made sure they gave me a progress report every night before they left. We hope to never have to do foundation work ever again but if we do, we won't work with anyone else but Foundation Solutions. Thanks to everyone at the company for making this as painless as possible for us!

Foundation is a great foundation contractor. I see crack developed my home and very worry about what could have happened to my home.

Called foundation solution and scheduled an inspection. The inspector John came on time and did couple measurements at my home to check the level of the home. They also went to the crawl space and found there are issues with the foundation.

Then they gave me a plan and a quote to fix my house and it was such a big help.

The crew was professional, conscientious, courteous, and respectful. Despite considerable challenges, they produced awesome results with a lot of experience and HARD WORK!

This is a long overdue review for Foundation Solutions. I first called them in 2021, concerned about some cracks I saw in the drywall and foundation. They had been recommended by several neighbors. Kyle came out did a thorough evaluation and offered me several options, including just wait and watch. It was totally low pressure and very reassuring.

I wound up having them do some crack repairs of the foundation. I had some concerns afterward so had them back out and they addressed my concerns immediately and without any additional charge, even repairing an additional hairline crack they discovered for free.

They also listened to my concerns about squeaky wood floors and installed a few extra supports for a reasonable price and spent the time to adjust them so that I haven't had any squeaks since then!

Kyle has been awesome and very responsive to follow up questions. I even had him out recently to recheck everything and was happy to learn it's all still stable after 3 yrs. I'm very satisfied with Foundation Solutions' work.

We had major foundation issues with our home in Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose due to soil settling over a 70 year period. We engaged 3 companies to determine what we should do to fix it. Foundation Solution was by far the best company we talked with and they fixed our home to be like new. Everything about the process was well organized, executed, and expectations set accordingly.

Huge shout out to Kyle, Collin (Account Executive) and the entire on site crew (Jason, Umberto, Jorge, Ryan, Drew, Ernie, and Jose) who were absolutely fantastic in doing this work over a 3 week period.

I won't get into the reason we even had to call Foundation Solutions in the first place but Foundation Solutions came through for us in the best way possible.

We were introduced to Kyle (project and production manager) late last year when we initially reached out. We'd never had to get help from a foundation company before so we had a ton of questions for him - all which he answered kindly, thoroughly and patiently. He always made time for us to go through our crap load of follow up questions and never made us feel like an inconvenience.

Even when we met with Jordan for contract discussions, there was never a feeling of us being a nuisance to them. I feel like there's many companies who get irritated at the customer after awhile but that was never the case here. It made us feel really comfortable and confident in the decision we were making.

That feeling only continued after signing the contract. Kyle kept us in the loop around next steps, permit updates, answering more questions until we finally got permits approved to schedule the on-site team who by the way...

Were the best guys ever. Have you ever had major work done to your house and missed them the day they left? Did you feel weirdly lonely the next day waking up? Well that was the case for us.

The entire on-site crew was great from start to finish. They worked SO hard throughout the entire project and were super respectful to the property. On day one, the team had to take apart our wooden deck. After the guys left that day, my husband and I looked outside bracing ourselves for some crazy mess. Instead, we were very impressed and amused to see everything left so tidy. Even when the project was at its most intensive, you could tell there was a high level of care on how the team left the property for the day.

Additionally, while the guys were here, there were days where temperatures reached the 90s and while I would've been happy for them to take a bunch of breaks and slow down, they continued to persist. Humberto, George, Ray, Corwin and Jason - thank you all so so much.

I want to especially commend the team lead, Humberto who would greet us in the morning, set expectations for what was being completed that day, and stopped to answer any questions we had along the way. He proactively stayed in touch with us regarding his team's schedule, managed every day's timelines, ensured the quality of the work was top notch, gave us a run down after each day of their progress and set expectations for the next day. A high quality of work, ethic and respect was apparent throughout the entire team. We saw George and Ray a lot in addition to Berto so special shout out to them too!

When you require intensive work done to your home, you are essentially surrounded all day by a group of people you've never met - but we are incredibly grateful to have gotten the team that we did. Having to get this work done was not fun - but the guys sure were.

Once the work was done and everything was cleaned up, Kyle and Hamilton (who we also loved) stopped by a final time to sign off on everything... and into the sunset Foundation Solutions went.

If anyone ever needs foundation work done - or even just checked out, I would highly highly recommend Foundation Solutions. They're a group of honest, ethical, and all around good people. We even needed some help for administrative related items post project and their office manager, Tina was such a help. 10/10.

You are getting a LOT for the money you'll be investing.

Kyle and the team are awesome! A corner of our foundation has a horizontal crack and when we go out for a quote, many companies explained how serious it is and give us a high estimation. Kyle came onsite and did a detailed inspection, explain why it crack, how to properly fix it and any further questions we have. Then few days later, gave us a reasonable estimate, and we decided to go with the service, they handled the permit, came to fix it in a day and did all the final inspection and passed, we have a smooth experience on the fix. And the actual cost is less as the permit costs less than previously estimated. My family are super happy with their service and already recommend to friends in case they need some work in the foundation. Thank you Kyle and the team!
