The 5-star reviews are real. I spoke with the owner Shaiful a few times. My house's 2nd-floor windows were leaking during heavy rain a couple of times. He came to my house did the inspection and gave free quotes. The price was reasonable. He explained very details. Shaiful and his team came on time. They fixed cracking and wall leaking repair, removed the old pointing, and placed new pointing. They redo the waterproof caulking around windows. They applied waterproofing seal coating on the entire front of my house. They always came on time and finished 3 days of work as scheduled. They clean and remove all garbage every day. They are professional. Highly recommend this company.

A small concern is that Shaiful does not like to look at plans. You better be there when he measures and check layouts etc. following architectural drawings is not his strong side. But as long as you are on site and make sure everything is the size you want it to be the work will

My old brownstone building in Brooklyn needed facade, roof, window, and door frame repairs. Shaiful and his team rented a boom lift to make all of the repairs. They caulked and sealed old joints. They re-pointed the brick. They sanded and refinished all of the window and door frames. The job was on time, the price was good, and the work was solid. I would definitely recommend Shaiful and his team again.

Islam and his crew did a great masonry job that required demolition, installing I-beams and cement recoating the entire alcove basement entry underneath my front door steps. The job got more involved than expected, and Islam was quick to inform me of the added labor costs

Two balconies on a property I own were poorly built and had extreme water damage and wood rot. Shaiful and his team met me the next day and knew exactly what needed to be done to not only fix but prevent future issues. They removed the rust, treated the metal to prevent future rust, and used pressure-treated wood in the rebuild to prevent any future water damage. They were efficient, professional, and non-intrusive on the residents. Pricing was fair as well. Highly recommend.

And professional from the moment we reached out to them. We needed work on the shed underneath our stoop, it was in bad shape and needed work. They Removed old deteriorating concrete. Re-coated and sured up the walls and entire area w/new concrete. Put in new concrete floor and Smoothed all surfaces. Also filled in all holes, gaps, replaced bricks where needed, removed old deteriorated Mortar in between bricks and walls, skim coated with new cement They gave us a reasonable price, are friendly, and left the work sparkling clean! Hired them you won't regret it.
