Franks Landscaping

I found Frank's Landscaping on Yelp and noticed he had excellent reviews. I contacted him and he responded quickly. I explained the situation of my drip lines being chewed up by the local wildlife, causing me to have to turn off the automatic watering leading to my trees and plants dying. (Manual watering was not working well.)

Francisco scheduled a visit, arrived the next morning, and quickly patched the holes. He also checked all the other lines on his own and provided advice on watering, (drip lines had not been effectively placed by prior professionals).

I then asked for a quote on refreshing the mulch throughout the yard. He quickly estimated the yard size and provided a fair quote. His team was able to do the work right away and finished with a spotless cleanup without my even asking! I cannot fully express how refreshing it was to work with such a nice, friendly business owner who communicates well and does what he says he will do. My plants and grass are now receiving proper watering, and the rest of the yard looks as beautiful as it did when I first saw it a few years ago. Thanks so much, Francisco!

After meeting Frank, I knew right away he would do a good job maintaining and detailing our yard. He was an excellent communicator and the best part was he did do a fantastic job with our yard. We have had numerous landscapers over the years tell us that they do more than "just mow the lawn" but they never do. We recently came home from vacation and our yard looked like a jungle with over grown rose bushes etc. We fired our current gardner and then found Frank. Even after the first visit Frank and his crew did more than any other company has done in the past year. Do not hesitate to hire Frank. Him and his crew have a lot more work to do, "catching up" work: Work that other companies didn't do. I will update this post on the progress of that work.

So be sure you get the "real" Frank's Landscaping. This is the real one. There is another that has a website and is not the real deal. This guy and his staff are great and reliable and reasonable. Very professional and I have and will continue to use his company's services. From what I understand from inquiring of the real Frank, he does not own his website anymore, so you may only find him on Yelp. I did contact the other Frank, only to later realize it was not the original "Frank".

Would not recommend. I contacted "Frank" because of all the great reviews. However, it was really hard communicating with this guy. We explained our project and even after repeating the simple instructions multiple times, he would ask a question indicating doing the exact opposite of what we instructed. To gain assurance that he understood, we asked him to repeat the instructions back. Even this we had to ask a few times. He would say a few sentences and then stop. So we had to keep asking him to continue. At one point he even said that we can look for someone else. I really don't understand this type of attitude. It was such a frustrating experience. I would highly recommend you don't use this guy unfortunately.

After a couple of windstorms, my large property with 8 redwood trees and 2 Plane trees was once again covered with leaves, small branches, and redwood debris. The problem was clearing up the leaves and debris under trees and bushes, and on top of gravel and rocks. I got 3 bids through Yelp. Of these 3 contractors, Frank was the only one to respond quickly and show up on time for the walk-through. As someone once said, "Half of success is just showing up." Looking at Frank's other reviews, I see that this is his standard.
Frank showed up on the work day on time. He walked through my yard with me to review the details again. He and his crew worked hard. They were respectful of my property. I am delighted with the results. Frank did what I requested and charged a fair price. I will be using Frank's Landscaping again in the future, that's the highest praise that I can give.

It always amazes me how you can reach out to businesses for estimates/work and they don't follow through or they end up no showing. I am not about to chase you down to take my money.

Well, Francisco was definitely a breath of fresh air! He responded immediately and came when he said he was. When I did need to schedule him to come trim my tree, it was super last minute, but he was still able to accommodate me and get it done the very next day. Very professional, I will definitely be using him again!

Called on the weekend because our sprinklers would not turn off and had been running for 3 hours. Franks came out within 30min and resolved our issue. He was friendly, professional and explained everything to my husband. Would definitely recommend using him.

Frank & his team were fantastic. They cleaned up our disastrous yard that another company never finished & turned it into a clean & pleasant area to relax with friends & family. I highly recommend!

Great work, very fast, very reasonable pricing! Frank's crew did a great job freshening up our front yard. They did removal, haul away, new install, fabric and bark! He even fixed a few problematic sprinklers for me!
