Franks Water Heaters

We were stuck suddenly with no hot water and no plumbers available when we thought of calling Frank's water heaters. Trevor came out to the house that afternoon/evening to help restart our water heater. We ended up replacing the water heater. Frank's water heaters went out of their way to make sure we had hot water temporarily until the new water heater could be installed. The work was done quickly and cleanly and the final cost was exactly what was expected. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank's Water Heaters to anyone who needs water heater repair or replacement.

Trevor deserves his high rating. He installed our tankless water heater and was professional, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. He showed up, scoped out the situation, and did all the work the next day.

After the installation, he explained the workings of the new heater and how to adjust its settings, and had us turn on two showers at the same time to see them both run with hot water. He also drained and removed our old 50-gallon tank. Tip: we will be getting a $600 tax credit from the IRS for the Navien heater he installed for us. We're glad we used Trevor and recommend him highly.

Trevor installed a tankless water for me. He came and surveyed the situation and installed it without issue the following week, hauled out all the debris and kept the area clean.

My water heater gave out last night.
I called Frank's water heaters and Trevor answered at 9pm. He showed up in the morning with a new tank water heater.
I expressed that I have always wanted a tankless water heater, but didn't think it was possible. Trevor told me it wouldn't be a problem. He traveled back to his supplier and returned with a tankless water heater.
Trevor did a beautiful job with the install and thoroughly explain the functions of the heater. Prior to leaving, he insured every faucet and shower was working properly.
If you are looking for a water heater, in my opinion, Frank's is the best !

Trevor came out to inspect my water heater and evaluate if I needed a new one. The pilot light had gone out and the company that relighted it had recommended a new heater or an expensive repair to the existing pilot light assembly. Trevor was honest and said that there was nothing wrong with my water heater and it would probably be fine for many more years!

He explained about the tankless water heaters he recommends and installs and gave me a rough estimate for what one would cost for my home. In the future, when I need a new one, I know who to call!

Trevor and team were professional and did a great job installing a tankless water heater. Our old tank water heater blew up so it was great that they were able to do the job quickly. They are also certified by the company Navien, which provides extra value.

11 year old water heater was not working...called Trevor the owner ( Frank is the name of his dog) and he was able to come out within a couple of hours! I told him I was interested in replacing the unit with a tankless water heater.
Trevor, as honest as the day is long, explained to me that our house was split into 2 systems for each side of the house, one side already had a tankless system installed. Instead of installing another tankless, Trevor recommended we save money by just joining the 2 sides together, and running off of the 1 existing tankless. Awesome!

And for our troubled 11 year old tank type unit, Trevor got her up and running with an easy thermocouple replacement...this will work for us until hook up both sides of the house to the existing tankless. Thanks to Franks Water Heaters!

8-29-23 We met Treavor, the plumber, by coincidence at Pace Supply in San Rafael. He volunteered to help my wife and I on how to clear our kitchen sink blockage. He guided us to make the right purchase at the store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The information he provided gave us the confidence to make the plumbing repair and to clear the blockage from our kitchen sink. We will use Treavor and Franks Water Heater & Plumbing Company on any water heater and/or plumbing needs that we have in the future. We just became a customer.
