He and his crew cleaned up after they completed the job. I will definitely recommend him. We got a fair quote for a large project.

Free Flo Rooter restored my faith in humanity. For context, I purchased a fixer-upper home that needed a lot of work; I had hired another plumbing company (not Free Flo Rooter) to bring the plumbing up to code and had multiple issues with said company. Therefore, when I needed serious sewer work to be done, I knew I wanted to use a different company.

I sent a message to Free Flo Rooter at 10 pm on a Saturday night and they responded within minutes saying they could send someone the next day in the 9am-11am window to provide a free estimate. Patrick called me right at 9am to let me know that he was on the way and would be there in a few minutes. When he arrived, he did a thorough inspection and explained everything that he was seeing in the camera that was in the sewer pipe. He spent over an hour at my property and answered all the questions I had. He also gave me advice on how to suss out a good plumbing company from a not-so-good one, which he didn't have to do but he did.

Patrick sent me a clear scope of work and provided an estimate for the trenchless sewer replacement. I also needed work done on the part of the sewer line that extends from the public sidewalk to the city's main sewer pipe; however, Patrick didn't feel comfortable providing me a quote for Phase B of the work until he started the trenchless sewer replacement and got a better idea of the length of sewer liner that I would need for Phase B of the work. I have deep respect for this because other people have quoted me for work without having a thorough look at the scope of the issue.

When Patrick and his team started the work, they moved incredibly quickly and finished the major project within three days. In addition, they repaved the concrete that was dismantled during the jackhammering. Patrick took pictures of the entire project, especially since I was at work for most of it.

I just outlined several reasons why I trust their work, but one of the things that stood out to me the most is when I asked him if I would still need to hydrojet every year or so to make sure that the pipes were clear. Patrick responded by saying that, if they did their work right, there is no reason for me to ever pay someone to hydrojet my pipes. That's honesty, y'all. The average company would have taken advantage of my ignorance and said "Yes! We can come hydrojet for you once a year for $800! Call us!"

Lastly, as a former elementary school teacher, kindness is extremely important to me as this is something I try to instill in the future generation. Some passerbys had accidentally left their lemonades in front of my driveway as they were walking around my block (there's a historical landmark on my street that brings in a lot of visitors). When Patrick was pulling out of my drive way, he noticed the abandoned lemonades and didn't want to run over the drinks (which were still icy cold). Patrick figured out who they belonged to, walked over to them and politely asked if they still wanted their cold lemonades. The owners of the abandoned lemonades thanked Patrick for reminding them of their drinks.

Patrick probably didn't know that I noticed this interaction, but I did. What people do when they think no one is watching is very telling.

I can't recommend Free Flo Rooter and Plumbing highly enough, especially Nick, who is an absolute lifesaver! We had a leaking toilet that seemed like a looming disaster. Nick was incredibly thorough, returning three times to ensure he correctly diagnosed the problem. Despite the scorching heat, he remained dedicated and patient, ruling out every possible cause to avoid unnecessary major repairs.

To my relief, the issue turned out to be minor, and Nick fixed it quickly without a hefty bill. Considering the amount of effort and dedication he showed, I was expecting a much larger invoice. His charges were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

My garbage disposall kept stopping. Thinking I needed a new one, sent some messages on Yelp for bids. They were all over the place and got a bunch of "we will come out first". Decided o free flow because they gave me a bid and had great reviews.
Anthony diagnosed the problem and it was loose wires. Got it working. I'm blown away by his honesty and knowledge. No high pressure sales. I needed some electric work for a new unit so I'm going to think about it and just went for a repair right now. Now I can decide what I want to do without being under pressure.

Free Flo repiped my entire house and replaced my water heater with a tankless system. Their pricing was much better than many other quotes I received. Also,the repipe was done with copper piping instead of PEX, which is what the other plumbers were quoting me.

Even the inspector was impressed with the quality of the tankless water heater install and repipe. The kitchen drain was found to be corroded/broken during the repipe.
